The office staff and doctor are wonderful! The problem is with corporate. Unleash a new software program with no training and patients in the office. It would have been nice that once software was installed they verified all the insurance information was accurate, mine wasn't. I called my carrier and had them educate Clarkson.

The Doctor was amazing, he explained stuff to me ( first pair of glasses) the staff at the Troy location was rude, not willing to answer questions and treated me like I was an inconvenience for them to help me understand. When I asked questions I was blown off with them asking me about payment. I'll never go back to clarkson because of that staff. Also never got the "care kit" that comes when you receive your glasses. I gave 2 stars cause the Doctor was GREAT the staff was
