I want my money BACK, I had an appointment last 11/7/2024 1 pm, I repeatedly said that I wanted contact lenses, neither the person that took my exam or the Optometrist Paul Brinckman told me that the exam I was taking; was ONLY for a glases prescription I paid 90 dollars they want another 90 for the contact leneses prescription, dont go there they just want MONEY.

I had been hesitant to find a new place to have my son seen but Shawn and Gaylen welcomed us in with open arms! They worked patiently with my son's excitement to have us scheduled for his eye exam. Even before we knew we could get in Shawn had seen my son chose a pair of frames and encouraged us to take pictures of it so "he can have his favorite pair when he gets his lenses."
We were scheduled about a week or so after putting our names in. The optician who did my son's exam was AMAZING. Educational, patient, and understood exactly what my son needed. (Even answering the questions from a worried mom.) The rest of the staff working that day were welcoming and helpful as well! It's always hard finding a spot for such a young kid but this is it! The delivery of his glasses happened in just 6 days! (Considering the weekend). Robin got me in and out of the center so quick! Even offering to adjust my son's glasses anytime! And TALK ABOUT COST! Very affordable! My son LOVES his glasses!

I've been going to this vision center for years (dr. Stock) I've never had any problems. Since the new opt. I get the run around, charges for things that should have been completed. The receptionists are very lazy/ snotty and the Opt. is never in Mondays or Fridays. He then, charges you again if you do not make it within the weeks time to complete your exam, however he's never in the office. I've not had a good experience since dr stock has left. I'll take my care elsewhere.

I just love Dr. Brinckman & his staff
I have been seeing a great eye doctor (in my hometown) for 20+ years & although I've never had any issues or complaints I have always felt that I could see better..
Recently my insurance changed & I started seeing Dr. Brinckman. Oh my golly! I have new contacts & glasses & I can see so much Better than I've ever seen in my life!! No more "shattered" lights, blurry street signs, or squinting! My whole family sees him now & I can't shut up about it!

If they had negative stars I would give -5. The older lady with curly hair is VERY VERY rude.I believe her name is Jesse. After being unsuccessful at getting pics of a 6 yr olds eyes, she told us that we needed to call and reschedule the appointment, handed us a card and we left. She was hateful when telling us. She then proceeded to call to leave a message saying we walked out on the appointment. She was just horrible and shouldn't be talking or working with people if she is going to be that way!!

I thank God that I came to meet Dr. Brinckman in this location walmart warrensburg. He truly cares for his patients and specially military families like me. The best eye Doctor I've ever met in my life. He is the only one that noticed the issue of my eye thats been going on for years. Thank you Doc from the bottom of my heart it made my day that finally someone is seeing the truth to my problem. Now heading to the next step.
Also thanks to all the staff, they are very nice and helpfuI. Definitely would refer to friends and family.
