I've been seeing Dr Korenfeld for over 10 years. I drive 45 minutes to see him because he's thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'm very appreciative of the special care he gives me with the special needs I have with my eyes.

I had cataract surgery here. I always knew the world was Beautiful but I can't even express how I feel now.I am a 55 year old woman and have worn glasses since grade school. I am now living in this amazing world of vision. Can hardly wait to have my other eye done. The Dr. Has the C# as part of his logo. Ironically, it's funny. You "See Sharp" with him. As a Flutist ...C# is one of the highest and hardest notes you can hit far above the musical lines. But if you do it right... It is one of the most Beautiful notes you will ever hear. Thank you for hitting that note right. I trust my eyes to you.

My mother went here off a referral from another patient who had a good experience. She got her cataract surgery done and actually was more blurry when patch came off and felt as if something was in her eye. She went back to Dr Korenfeld who was rude and ignorant with her, sat her in chair, made her read an eye chart and said rudely "You have 20/20 vision". That's all he said to her. No reason why it's blurry or why it feels like something is in her eye. Week or so later she returned, still having same issues, demanded someone look at her eye and a lady Dr. looked at it and told her it was inflamed and had air bubbles in it, take eye drops. Her initial final return check up appointment, Dr Korenfeld says her eye is healed, she needs glasses. She commented to Dr. Korenfeld that everybody she talks to says their eye is better the next day, but she still sees blurry since she doesn't understand why it was no help to her and he proceeds to tell her maybe she needs to find out who their Dr is. She wanted to see the other lady Dr. for follow up instead of Dr. Korenfeld as she now has heard all the rumors of him being rude, ignorant, customers leaving because of his behavior and a former employee told me he is very demeaning to woman, but was told She has to make an appointment. Everybody I talk to has had nothing to say positive about Dr. Korenfeld, except initial contact. His office has now sent her a letter firing her as a customer for not trusting them and complaining. Her eye is just as blurry and feels like something is in it when surgery was to make it better, who wouldn't question what happened and why? Wish we would have read reviews and talked to others before going to Dr. Korenfeld. Terrible experience and customer service.

The eye care itself is pretty much standard in the industry. However, Their insurance provider for the scratch resistant lenses does NOT honor the full 2 year warranty as advertised. So here I am wearing dollar store cheaters till my insurance approves me for new glasses.

I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Korenfeld as an inventor and also as a care-giver. He has performed both of my parent's Cataract procedures on both eyes. Aside from his genius-inventor mind, his bedside manner with my parents is second to none.

His office is ran with care as the his priority. He is very efficient and professional. He asked 3 times do you have any questions prior to a procedure for cataract removal.

Dr. Korenfeld treated me extremely good. Very knowledgeable about his trade. He tells it like it is which is want i wanted and needed.
