Dr. Rose and his staff are very professional and friendly. The doctor will sit and make sure any questions you have are fully answered.

I like the doctors, but every time I call no one answers the phone. Im just trying to make an appointment or ask a medical question. It takes days and repeat phone calls to get an appointment.

I saw Dr. Glenn Sanford yesterday, after an optometrist told me I needed cataract surgery. My visit began with George, who did the preliminary exam and answered many of my questions, helping me feel at ease. He couldn't have been any nicer or more efficient. When Dr. Sanford came in, I was braced for bad news, but instead, he said there was no immediate need for this surgery and that my eyes were, in fact, in good health. He was polite, kind, friendly and able to answer ALL of my questions! I was especially grateful when he gave me multiple ideas for treating dry eye. I have seen multiple optometrists during the past 10 years because we moved, and then two of them moved - not one of them ever suggested those things, though they all noted that I had a severe case of dry eye. I am very thankful that I found Dr. Sanford and can't recommend him enough!

Great staff and doctor!

Was not told when I made my first appointment that they only did eye exams. Got there this morning and was told I would have to pay $30 for the prescription then would have to find someplace else to get lens and frames.

I feel that the charges are inflated when i have two insurances Medicare and a supplement I pay for and still owed them 89 dollars. Ridiculous
