Staff was very polite. Able to get a timely appointment. The Dr was great working with my children.

We get one of my daughter's eye exams and glasses here. The accept our insurance. They're always very friendly. Doctor is awesome, friendly, explains things and takes his time, and always dresses really cool! Huge selection of different glasses to choose from. My daughter always finds something she likes and fits her style. They offer many different lenses etc. We got Transitions lenses for my daughter this time.

Everyone is very helpful. Doctor is is a wonderful and caring. Shannon is the best! She has helped me on more than one occasion. Shannon was amazing when I scratched my eye. I would never go to anyone or anywhere else. Because of Doctor and Shannon!

Dr. Kindel and her staff here at Mercy Eye Care are wonderful. I am a new patient and needed a fresh exam and Rx after a few years without one. My appointment was quick and easy. Dr. Kindel made sure I was comfortable and informed. I absolutely recommend this office to anyone in the area who needs their eyes examined.

Have been going to this place for 7 years. The ladies are always sweet and will always help you with picking out a stylish glasses. Which is a big help when you are a guy like me! Dr. Kindle is a saint who makes getting your eyes dilated bearable. Have also been a big help when I am away at college and need replacement contacts ASAP!

DO NOT GO HERE!! my no line bifocals from them made objects move & distort. they gave me a 2nd pair (this time with lines). on the day i picked them up the objects still moved. they promised to make it right if i was still dissatisfied after wearing them for a week. after 5 days objects still moved & i took a bad fall. i asked them to just give me single vision lenses. they refused. i cannot wear their glasses for risk of serious injury. they also charged me for non-glare that i did NOT ask for. my insurance company is filing a grievance for me. hopefully they'll be taken off of the network and i'll get a refund.

Doctors are ok. Staff is nice. However, glasses are to expensive compared to other places.

Office staff is very rude and unsupportive. Doctors are great but soon will not have any patients. Horrible experience
