All of the ladies were super helpful. Very polite, very professional. I am very comfortable trusting my eyesight to such trained professionals. Great staff. 5 stars.

Dr.Jessen and staff exceeded our expectations during a first visit for our daughter. She really took her time to explain all the steps of the exam which was wonderful for everyone! Staff was very friendly and helpful which made the appointment move seamlessly start to finish!

Complete lack of ownership and resolution. My son came in for his annual eye exam on 10/25. During the initial check-in I communicated we were here for annual check up and to switch from glasses to contacts. Went through the exam, then back to the front. The next person sat down with us at one of the small tables and said "do you want to pick out some frames?" We said no that he wanted to get contacts. She said, "oh did you talk to the Dr?" I said no, I told the person who checked us into the room. She said hold on, was gone for a few minutes, then came back to inform us that we had to schedule a fitting to make sure he could use contacts before ordering. We said okay and scheduled a follow-up for 11/05 at 3:10pm. We went today and the front desk seemed unsure why we were there. Asked if we were there for a fitting or a teaching? My wife was unsure the exact verbiage and the office could not confirm either. Finally were called out of the front waiting room at 345, 35 minutes after our appointment time. They took my son into a room and began to give him another eye exam. My wife stopped the Dr, explained he had already had one, and just wanted to get contacts. We were then told it would cost $60 and that we would need to come back because they had a lot of emergencies today and didn't have time to see us. How can you allow us to spend over an hour of our time there, not provide any assistance for the actual reason we where there, then tell us you are too busy to help us and we need to comeback. This is unacceptable, we have been lifelong loyal customers, a family of 6, and it was clear that our support is not valued at this company. This experience will encourage us to look elsewhere for eyecare in the future. There was no regret for how we were treated, no apology or acknowledgement of error.

Dr Jessen and the staff at Clarkson are top notch. Our family has been going to Clarkson for over 15 years the Dr and staff keep us coming back.

I came in for my eye exam and everyone was behaving oddly. I was stressed from all this going on all over town and other reasons. The eye exam was odd. There was a farm house in the middle of the slides. The eye doctor told me, "You have a detached retina." She acted like it wasn't a big deal. I came back later and the staff said no detached retina.

Years ago when Dr. Jessen moved her practice out to Wentzville, as patients my wife and I moved as well to be in her practice! We have full and complete confidence in her and both her evaluations and advice!

My daughter's vision is better than ever. The optometrist agreed that her vision is perfect plus she got goodies. ;). Plush & a vision learning/coloring book. Can't get any better than that!

From start to finish my eye appointment was awesome. Dr. Jessen was warm and welcoming while her team was helpful and attentive. Shared a few laughs. I'll definitely be returning in the future. Thank you, ladies!
