Advanced Eyecare Associates: Johnson Cynthia OD

I've been going to Advanced Eyecare and Dr. Kimball for over 20 years. Doug has always done a good job getting my contact and eyeglass prescriptions right on. Since I work for a laser company, I have to have regular retinal scans to ensure no damage from laser hits. It's been real informative seeing those pictures and am glad they offer that service. The opticians are great to work with and won't stop until you're happy with how your glasses look, feel and perform. I'd gladly recommend them to friends!

I have several complicated eye issues, which make me a rather 'difficult' patient. It took me a while until I found Dr. Jody Fink at Advanced Eyecare Associate. She's been a blessing for me and my entire family since 2011. She's extremely thorough, very knowledgeable, incredibly gentle, and she takes the time to explain and clarify everything. She will always go the extra mile to provide the best care. I've been to ophthalmologists and retina specialists, yet I always chose to consult with Dr. Fink first when I suspect something's wrong. As for the staff and the assistants, they are always very helpful and courteous. I never had any issue scheduling appointments, and my charges were always well explained. They coordinate care with other providers in a very effective way, so I don't have to worry about anything. I highly recommend Advanced Eyecare Associates, and Dr. Fink in particular!

Had an eye appointment with Dr Kimball. It was timely and informative. My vision has been corrected(soft contacts) and Dr Kimball ordered contacts for me on the spot. Normally I use Dr Johnson, but she was full (my schedule needs) so they got me in with Dr Kimball in/on my schedule. There was no change in the quality nor the professionalism of my appointment. It was a great experience. if all professional groups were this good we would all be much happier!

The staff, technicians, and doctors are extremely professional and friendly, taking the time to explain procedures and answer questions. There is a large selection of frames and lenses also available on-site. This helps me, as a busy professional, because it gives me a one-stop shop to take care of business in a single visit. Extremely clean and with easy access. Dr. Harper is very friendly, professional, and patiently answered all questions. It does not get much better.

I have been a patient at Advanced Eyesore for many years. Dr. Jody Fink is my current provider and I feel especially comfortable in her care as I believe she is always looking out for my best eye health. The entire staff is professional, efficient and customer-service oriented. THANKS TO ALL!

Dr. Cynthia is a congenial Optometrist. . I wanted a permanent Dr./Patient relationship after 3 years, but now I won't go back. The office staff is either incompetent, or handcuffed. I spent 13 minutes 40 seconds on hold to make an appointment. The Receptionist then insisted I wasn't allowed to have an apt prior to 12 months since the last time I was in. That's not what my policy says. (It's.a calendar year not 365 day rule, under most plans in VSP, the largest insurer. 22 minutes later, she confirms I'm allowed to see my eye doctor. On the day of my appointment, another receptionst called -- then puts me in hold for 13 minutes -- -- only to tell me they have an employee lunch today. So... No eye exams allowed during the appointment I already set up a month before.

Dr. Johnson has been my OD since I arrived in Bozeman. She was recommended to me when I arrived and I have since recommended her to many others. She's a pleasure to work with, answers every question, is very patient. I recommend Dr. Johnson without reservation.

Dr Fink is very knowledgable and takes time to explain exam results and options for treatment. Never felt rushed and felt listened to and understood. Thank you to her and the rest of the staff. Everyone is very professional and friendly.
