Dennehy Eye Care--Dr. Brandt Dennehy

I came in from out of town and had my son have an eye issue. Even though they were booked they tried to fit me in even though they are booked solid for a month. Well, they got us in and gave my 11 year old son great care and we got a pair of fun glasses for our 7 month old. I enjoyed the service from the reception when I entered, to Dr. Dennehy when he worked on my son all the way to paying my bill at the end. Great place!

Dr. Dennehy is a kind and excellent doctor. His office manager, however, leaves everything to be desired. When I called to ask for advice for removing a stubborn contact, she didn't return my call until the next day at 2 pm. When I went to get my contact samples, she neglected to mention that they were closing early that day so I missed work for nothing. Then, I needed extra information so I could order glasses on line, she told me that "everything that I needed was right in front of [my] face." The information that I needed was not in front of my face. I guess this is the way they try to force you to buy glasses from them. I'll be using a different doctor next year. I like the doctor but his office manager makes dealing with his practice unpleasant.

The informative and super pleasant staff has me always looking forward to my appointments. Dr. Dennehy is awesome and always listens to any problems or concerns I have. I value his expertise and would encourage anyone to make him their optometrist.

We switched eye doctors. Dennehy is a great guy. But the front desk wasnt very friendly. I wasnt allowed to go back with my daughter. She needed help putting her contacts in and out. I was told parents make it worse. Spent 2 hours here. Just over all not a nice experience.

Went in for my yearly check and got the snotty lady behind the counter. No customer service skills at all or maybe she don't care. while waiting to see the doc I sat in the waiting room having to listen to her complain to her coworkers about how much she hates her daughter in law. After I got my glasses weeks later I could not see very good so I called to see if maybe I got the wrong glasses and the snotty one talked to me like it was my fault and I should not bother her with such things. I got no resolution to my problem and will never go back. Hey Doc, when did to become OK to treat customers this way. If you actually read these reviews please leave a response.

I happened to be passing through Butte and decided to no longer put off my eye exam. I'd always gone to Dr. Farrand, same building, when I lived in Butte for the first 18 years of my life. Dr. Dennehy is there now, and as I understand, has been for many years (I've lived in Missoula the past 15 years). Many of the same friendly staff I'd known "back when" are still there. I was extremely impressed with the extensive and modern equipment Dr. Dennehy has. None of the eye doctors I'd been to in Missoula have anything remotely close. My experience was that the office has modern equipment and the doctor is more knowledgeable than any of my past experiences. Next eye visit - I'll driver over from Missoula - worth it.

My wife Odette recently went to Dr. Dennehy and was very pleased with the service and level of professionalism exibited. We have both been patients of Dr. Dennehy for many years and will continue to be so.

Bifocals are good to appr. 12". Vision is Ok from appr. 4' out. Vision from 12" to 4' is blurry. Older glasses from other eye care work better. Not at all impressed. His good reviewers have a name, my negative reveiw lists me as a Google user. LOL......Imagine that.
