My glasses were crushed by a bumbling 15 year old. I arrived at 1244 knowing they close at 1300 on Saturdays. I really didn't expect to have a repair done immediately (wasn't even sure it was possible to repair them at all) but three lovely opticians stayed past closing, taking turns trying to get them right. I left with my glasses intact and level on my face. I'm so grateful for their skills and pleasant attitudes.

We drove an hour and a half and my son missed school for nothing. Here is what happed: We scheduled an eye exam for our 5-year-old. Once we checked in, we were told that they do not accept Davis Vision Insurance and offered to provide us their in-house rates instead. You could have told us you do not accept our insurance over the phone. You asked and knew what insurance we had. We drove and hour and a half for this appointment, with our son having to miss school because he needed to have his vision reevaluated for his anisometropia. Very disappointed. Wasted gas, my time, and my son's school time for nothing. Train your staff properly.

Had a great experience. The tech I had (had a pink stripe in her hair) is amazing at what she does. She was thorough and polite. Her attention to detail was immaculate. As someone in the field it was fantastic work I feel she deserved recognition for. As for the Doctor himself. Dr. Neiffer is phenomenal. He's very personable and kind as well as focused. All the things someone would want in a doctor. I loved how he explained just how much my prescription changed. That was something I've never experienced and thought was a nice touch. When it came to get glasses, though I didnt order anything, I loved how I wasnt pressured and everyone there was friendly. Overall, cant wait for my next appointment.

Over promised, under delivered. Will not be going here anymore unfortunately. Longtime customer. Had an appointment scheduled for a month, constant rescheduling and miss communication from maya and other staff. Recommended using another provider :)

Dr. Neiffer was so friendly and welcoming and so thorough. He answered all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable. His assistant Emily was so kind. I felt like I was hanging out with my family and friends! Thank you both so much for such an informative and relaxing visit, despite some bad news! 11 out of 10, would recommend!

I was checked in for my appointment very quickly and easily. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I wasn't waiting for the doctor a long time. Dr Sexton is very friendly and actually listened to what I wanted. They haven't got a lot of glasses that my insurance would cover but you can purchase the huge selection of others. The gentleman who helped me with picking the right frames and lens was awesome. Very fast very friendly and a great place to get the right eye product you need. Will definitely be going back.

AVOID!! Went in for an ordinary eye exam with Jade. Charge $249 unless I pay $30 for their "club". Knocked price down to me owing $103. Billed my insurance company got an additional $85 from them. The kicker is they wrote me a BAD prescription that didn't work. Had to get a different prescription from someone else, so I could see! MOST EXPENSIVE EYE VISIT I HAVE EVER HAD AND COULDN'T GET PRESCRIPTION RIGHT! This place is a scam!! Save your time and money!
