If u like to be around liars, incompetent and swindlers that's the right place for you I broke my FRAMES and i went there yesterday to get a pair of the new ones. Really nice guy took care of me and been looking for a right ones to fit my lenses when out of NOWHERE came a lady who took one of my lenses without a permission and DAMAGED IT. After giving them to me to check if i like my glasses i noticed it and she tried to blame it on me that i CAME with damaged lenses there and then when the guy who is working with her said that i didn't she said she is not THE ONE WHO DID IT and tried to blame it on this guy. She refused to take care of the damage and said that if i dont like it she can take a FRAMES i paid for. We came back home and tried to call them again and she said if i come with my prescription she should be able to replace them but need to talk to MANAGER first. We called second time to see if she was talking to the person above her and then she said SHE IS THE MANAGER and she can give me 20% DISCOUNT ON DAMAGE THAT SHE DID and i should be HAPPY that i CAN see now since my frames aren't broken anymore. PICTURE BELOW how GOOD i can see now because of that SWEET PERSON. If u dont want to waste your time and money STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Eyemart Express is wonderful! They are always so fast with making glasses and when yours are broken you know how important that is. Also Dr Ethier next door is absolutely my all time favorite doctor! He's so kind and compassionate. He really listens. To be honest he's helped me in more ways than just my eyes. He gave me hope when I lost faith in the medical system due to being passed around and not getting the help I needed. He is a true gem.

I was able to try on glasses uninterrupted. When I had selected a number of frames Martin sat down with me & gave honest feedback helping me to narrow down to the pair I ultimately chose. Martin was professional & and answered all of my questions. My pickup experience was equally professional. This was my 1st time filling my Rx there so I can't offer feedback as to the qualify of their lenses at this time. From order to receiving the text my glasses were ready for pickup was 6-7 days (my Rx needed to be sent away for processing).

Martin is the best! He's truly phenomenal at his job and makes the 4 hr round trip worth it every time. Thanks again, we appreciate you!

I brought my daughter in to Eyemart Express to look and see what we could find for her, if anything. I was amazed at the selection they had and very impressed with the staff! I walked in and started to write my name down on the waiting list when Martin came over and offered his assistance right away! He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient! I was trying to figure out insurance stuff he made that easy! With their 1 year glasses guarantee going to them as a no-brainer!

They were super helpful and direct. I always love going there. They have a super great staff and they always get me the perfect pair of glasses.

Super friendly folks. Ordered two pairs, one that they were able to make in store within an hour. Definitely reccomend coming here for eyeglasses needs.
