Well trained staff, knowledgeable Doc. This office cares for it's patients! I've received the best refractions I've had since the late 1960's (when my optometrist father passed on,). I consider her an excellent optometrist, and a friend. I am quite pleased to call her 'Doctor'.

Dr. McCoy was great... couple of ponder points. Glad for some "vision warnings" ... preventative care. Those notes were rushed. As I didn't plan on having to wait so long .... and had appointments at my own office.
Doctor apologized, that her first patient was unduly late... and that started the avalanche.... ah well, and so things happen so probably we've all been late. I think some communication ....while I was waiting would have been delightful.

Dr. McCoy is efficient, knowledgeable and does an expert job of examining my eyes. Yesterday she removed a piece of grass that had flown in my eye & lodged under my eye lid. Not only did she and her staff see me at nearly closing time, but they treated me with wonderful care, despite being end of the day. Before I left, I made another appointment for my annual eye exam, as Dr. McCoy noticed it was time for that. I'm so happy we have top notch care in our small town! She and her terrific staff are truly great blessings!
