New patient, coming from over 100 Mike's away. Scheduled ahead of time. Was greeted as I walked through the entrance, very friendly staff. Extremely helpful. Great selection of frames. I purchased 3 pairs and had been flip flopping between gradient lens or clear lens for one pair of frames and I was helped after my visit had ended hours later to adjust my choice to accommodate my new choice. Fabulous patient care relations. I will be bringing my children here in the future. Thank you so much for taking such excellent care of me!

Got an appointment quickly and the doctor was nice and thorough. I had never tried the brand of contacts he prescribed for me but it was a trial pair. I noticed they were quite a bit flimsier than my previous ones. A few days into wearing them (I take them out at night) one got stuck in my eye. I got it out the next morning, called to try a different kind and the gal said he would review and get back to me. That was on a Wednesday. It is now the following Tuesday and they haven't called. I guess I am stuck with this brand or go somewhere else for a different prescription. Can only give one star for that.

The eye exam is thorough and I don't feel the stress I have had in the past during annual exams. The doctor shared with me as he conducted each portion of the exam which also helped contribute to less stress.
The technician was very helpful in helping me select the frames and lenses I felt would work best for me explaining the options available and showing me examples. I appreciated her time and patience.

Dr. Cramer was awesome. One of the most thorough eye exams I have received. The staff for the glasses was great too, they were very helpful and friendly. I wish I could have gotten my glasses same day, but transitions lenses and/or bifocals have to be sent off. Otherwise, no complaints at all!
