Such a great and inviting place. All the ladies that work the front are friendly, knowledgeable, patient and funny. They are extremely helpful, but NOT pushy. Don't remember what doctor I saw, but he was nice. It's definitely The ladies up front that make this my new favorite optical shop. I have had a bit of trouble with my lenses and they are all over getting it to my liking, even though my progressives graduation is far from normal. Unlike other optical places, Shopko Optical gives you a two year prescription. The selection of frames is not massive, but there are plenty from which to choose. I highly recommend going to Kalispell Shopko Optical for all your optical needs.

If I could give negative stars I would. My children had eye doctor appointments back in September. The doctors were nice so I guess that's where the one star comes from. But nothing else has been good. I was told 3-4 weeks for their glasses. They never came. So I called back had to leave a voicemail. Didn't get a call back til the next day. Then the lady said that they must have been lost in the mail. She would re order them and it should be 1.5-2 weeks. That time had passed and still no glasses. At that paint we were at the 23rd of October. Called back to see the status. Had to leave another voicemail. This time two days later was the call back. And I lady who called me back thought she was calling someone else. After filling her in she put me on hold . Came back and said that she didn't find anything. And that even with a rush, it could still take the 3-4 weeks. And that because they were Medicaid glasses there was no way to track them (like how is that possible). So on Tuesday (11/11/25) I called to cancel my order. and a guy actually answered. He looked and ONE of my daughters glasses "were there" and they Waiting for my other daughters to show. I asked them to just send what they have. And send the others when they get there .... Today (11/14/25) we got the package. She opened them and asked "why are they black" (she ordered clear and a different shape. ) she put them on..... AND THEY WERE THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION!!!!!!! It had her information on the package. Her prescription and everything. But the actual glasses were messed up..... Beyond frustrated. We are almost 2 months in and now I have to wait even longer so I can cancel the order and hope Medicaid allows my kids to get new sets of glasses.

We had a lovely experience selecting our glasses after our eye exam. The Optician Naomi and Cindy were fantastic! The knowledge and expertise helped us narrow down our selection perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed the time there as well. I would strongly recommend this place - they are great!

They got me in fast and everyone was so kind and helpful. I'm glad to have shopko optical for my place to buy glasses.

Amazing staff! So helpful and nice! I haven't been able to wear contacts for years due to astigmatism but this doctor was able to fit me in a set that was perfect. I'm so happy with the experience and thankful someone referred me to them! Highly recommend!

The girls at Shopko optical are the best - Helped pick out the best glasses

I went to Shopko yesterday and had an amazing experience, from the examination by Dr. Daniel Plumb, to the very friendly and helpful staff. I was made to feel very comfortable and the options for frames is perfect. I ended up picking Kate Spade Frames with the help of the staff.
