Everyone there were so pleasant and helpful. I didn't wait long before someone helped me and it was busy day. kortney helped me she was so pleasant, helpful, accommodating, and sweet she went out of her way to get us the better price, but then showed us with the higher priced one what better options it would give me. With her suggestion we opted with the higher priced glasses.

My experience with Glacier Optical has been absolutely HORRIBLE! I went to get my new glasses and then when I get home I find a scratch directly in my line of vision so I go back and get another pair of lenses made and when I got home today it looks like there's a hair inside one of the lenses and several small scratches on the other side. I will now have to come back for a THIRD time to get them replaced. Those who plan to come here save yourself some time and go to another optical store. Very disappointing.

Great service.....BUT when I need to pay a bill they never return my call and their Voice Mailbox is always full and not accepting messages. So I dont get to pay my bill on time with them.....then it goes to collections. Billing department needs a restructuring immediately.
