I was thrilled today with the excellent examination I received from Dr. Babcock and his assistant Mary. As they worked, they gave concise explanations of what they were doing and why. After afterward, Dr. Babcock asked if I had any questions, and thoroughly answered them for me. It was the best eye examination I've ever had. Then came the absolute pleasure of having Patty P. assist me in choosing frames and lenses. She was fantastic in the suggestions she gave after first listening to me to find out what I was honestly looking for. Her personality is wonderful! She guided me to lenses and frames that not only looked good, but, just as importantly, they FELT good! I was so pleased that I also ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses. This is a tremendous Eye Center!

If you call and get Tyler, ask for someone else. I've been ordering contacts from these guys my entire adult life, but I never will again. He refused to answer my questions and repeatedly spoke over me while I was trying to get evaluate what contacts to order. I actually had to ask him why he was having such a hard time answering my questions. No problem, guys. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
