I had to share how kind Bailey was. She was so sweet. She walked with me trying to pick out frames and had me trying on frames I may not have tried. I've never had anyone ever help me pick out frames. Resulting in my just hoping for the best. She was so sweet. I hope she stays a very long time. I've seen Dr Smith for quite some time now and he's always great. Has some good eye jokes of course. But Bailey stuck out at this visit. She did a great job and even the puff of air was not bad! Seriously the best I've ever had!

Bellevue Shopko Optical is my new favorite location & I've been telling everyone about my wonderful experience! I had old glasses that I had been gluing & taping for months. They were done. I walked in with no appointment hoping to get them fixed. The extremely polite lady tried but they were hopeless. She looked up my info & said I was due for an exam & new glasses, and that they could get me in right now. Within seconds I'm back doing my exam with the most informative eye doctor I've ever came in contact with. He talked to me about my dry eyes, gave suggestions that his wife uses & even wrote them down for me. He was truly wonderful! My exam ended & when I came out the front lady told me she found a box of new frames that were discontinued but that one of them fit my lenses-off she went to put my old lenses in while I picked out new glasses from my exam. When she was done I asked her the price for the frames & she said no fee they weren't going to use them anyway. I left there in the absolute best mood & can't rave enough about the entire experience from the second I walked in until I walked out. I will always suggest this place to everyone I know & their customer service skills were far beyond any expectations I've ever had. My glasses were ordered & returned within a few days & I looked forward to getting them-again, I was greeted with the same enthusiasm & kindness. They were very kind and respectful. I had no problems and the experience overall was great! The rooms and whole building was clean and their prices are amazing! I recommend going, especially if its your first time going to an eye doctor appointment. Try it out!!

I had been going to a different optical provider for years but due to a change in personnel there decided to come here, instead, because it is the closest optical shop to my house. I made my appointment on their website which was really easy to do. When I showed up I was really impressed with how quickly I was taken care of. Checking in was hassle free, and the doctor did a great check up. I was surprised at how affordable the glasses were, and there was no high pressure sales pitch for some amazing high tech space age lens option. The shop is really nice, the building is brand new and everything is spotless. There's plenty of parking close to the door. The staff and doctor were all excellent. I'll be back the next time I need glasses.

I have double vision and had lived with it for over 15 years. My other eye doc never once told me that they had prism glasses. It was only a fluke that while waiting for my granddaughter to get her eye exam that I mentioned my 'wish' that someone would invent glasses that corrected double vision. Scott was sitting behind a desk, looked up, and said, "They do...just make an appointment for an exam and we can get you taken care of." Honestly, I thought he was blowing smoke at me, but I took a shot and made an appointment with Dr. Russell Smith. He is amazing! First of all, my double vision turns out to be up and down and side to side...both! He said it could be more difficult to treat but he would do his best and he gave me back about 80% to 85% of my central vision! Talk about a God send! And, I will add...most of the employees that I've dealt with have been great, but admittedly there have been a few rum-dums behind the counter. But we all know that good help is hard to find. At least the doctor is top notch and that's the most important thing to me!

Found the staff to be professional and helpful in styling and pairing me with a set of glasses. The turnaround on having the actual glasses designed, and shipped for my use leaves a lot to desired: takes weeks for them to be delivered.

My appointment was first thing in the morning and having early appointments isn't my favorite thing to do. But the experience i had actually made my morning better. Scott was so professional and friendly. He got me in right away and was just kind. The doctor was friendly and quick. You can just tell that they care about you and want you to have a good experience. I heard the staff and doctors all greeting each other. The whole atmosphere was just so friendly and upbeat. It was a great experience

I've been to Shopko got 2 pairs of glasses and my eyes still didn't feel right. Went back. The Dr said she was ordering me a new pair of lenses . I'm still waiting. No call, no email. I've called 2x left messages. No return call. I've made an appointment with an eye doctor recommended by my primary physician. No more of these gas station eye glass centers. Yeah they are cheaper and that's exactly what you get! BTW, they are cheaper until they aren't anymore. You'll see.
