Dr. Schlueter is great. He explains everything in terms you can understand. He is gentle and patient. Couldn't ask for a better doctor. His staff is nice, and helpful, if a little understaffed. The technicians who work the floor for picking out glasses are sometimes hit or miss....you may get someone who understands your insurance, or you may get an idiot.

Who knew the hazards of driving a convertible (even with sunglasses on) could present me with an eye emergency? I call in a bit of a frenzy as I watched my eye swell with fluid. The front desk staff was painfully accommodating, allowing me to drive directly to the store and see the doctor. Dr Schlueter himself was kind and caring, plus precise and informative. He spent more than enough time explaining what likely happened, the limited damage done, and the instruction on proper use of medicated eye drops. Yes, it was a bit of a drive from Gretna to Bellevue, but well worth it! Thanks so very much!!!
