I continue to be amazed my the friendliness and professional service from Chris and Dr. Houck. They always take the extra time to go over things and to make me feel welcome and appreciated. I also learn something new every visit from Dr. Houck. I have told friends and family that they need to switch over even though I am not a fan of giving business to big corporations like Wal-Mart. I often joke telling people that I am going for an eye appointment to see my best friends. I travel over 1.5 hours just to go to them as they are the best I've ever had. I highly recommend them.

Got my eye exam and purchased several pairs of glasses today. I live in Bellevue, and could easily go to a closer Walmart. However, I drive over 20 miles to visit Chris, Dr. Houck, Angela, and Shelby. Kris has been with Walmart over 20 years and without exception delivers A+ service. Both Chris and Dr. Houck were here when the store opened. They are "founders," one could say. They have built a loyal following and it is always a pleasant experience to visit them. You will not be disappointed!!
