This office is top notch! The doctors and the staff take the time with you for quality patient care. They are so committed to getting things right that you know they care. Such quality eye care. I started with Dr.Phiel seven years ago and now at his new office with all the instruments needed to get a full and thorough eye examination. He always takes time to explain every test and the results, he gave me all the latest options and shared the advances in eye care since my last visit there.
His staff was also very professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring.
Jean was amazing with wonderful personal and professional experience. She took a great deal of time helping me look for glasses that were the style and look I felt good about.
If you're needing an exam, or wanting a change, I recommend you call Dr. Phiel at Capital Eye Care. You will have a wonderful experience.
