I made an appointment online. I was not advised that this appointment would be via Telehealth. The exam portion with the doctor was extremely difficult without the doctor present. The equipment moved when I needed to focus during the exam. Not having the doctor present was extremely frustrating.

It was interesting having what amount to a Teladoc visit for eye care. However they have it all set up where it works really nicely, and the attendant that does most of the eye checks and everything before you meet with the optometrist was very friendly and knowledgeable. Over all a good experience, but if that's just not your jam, then they do have days of the week where you can see an optometrist face to face.

The whole visit from start to finish was very pleasant. Michelle, that works at the front desk for eye exams was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She also did the initial exams with the machines and she was very professional and friendly. The televisit with the optometrist went better than what I thought it would. We did lose contact a couple of times because where she was at she said it was very windy but that happens. Now. I just hope that when I get my contacts and glasses they are what I want and need as I have been going through a very unpleasant experience with another optometrist that has not given me satisfactory service or product.
