Dr. Thomas A. Graul, MD

My dad did cataracts surgery and his vision got worse. He went again to the Dr to fix his issue and it's even worse now! And when i ask the Dr any simple question he's really rude and his attitude really weird, if you're talking to people like this way you shouldn't be a Dr. I've never seen a Dr like his attitude in my life, he don't let you talk really! I'm not sure what's the deal with him because for the 2 or 3 visits the same rude attitude.

Dr. Graul is thorough and communicates very well. He'll take the time to answer questions or explain things. I've never felt rushed to get in and out like so many other docs do. The entire staff is great as well. Excellent experience every time!

Our first appointment didn't go really well well, thought doctor was short and condescending. We've been back several times and decided the first appointment was an outlier. Our appointment this week, I guess I didn't realize a field vision test was scheduled before our appointment with Dr. Graul. Was going to have to leave to another appointment. Dr. moved us up and was very gracious.

My experience with Dr. Grail was nothing less than outstanding! He had a very nice chair side manner and explained things in an understanding way. My appointment was an urgent need and he was able to get me in within a matter of hours. Also, due to the rain, a young associate of his, (Dakota) came to my car with an umbrella to escort me to the lobby. I could clearly see him from my car and he could have waved me in but chose to came and get me. Talk about quality customer service! I normally received my eye care at the Omaha VA but have to tell you Dr. Grail and his team are worthy of imitation.

Dr. Graul thank you for the fantastic eye care you have given my wife Deanna. Since she has arthritis and was very concerned about the cataract surggery, you and your staff have made this experience most satisfying. One of the TOP EYE SURGENS IN THE NATION.

Dr Tom is excellent and cares deeply about his patients. He wants his patients to help care for themselves by doing what he orders and isn't happy if they don't. If you have glaucoma contact Dr Tom he is the one in Lincoln that will do the job.

Nice staff, but wait time to see the doctor after preliminary screening is ridiculous! I've been waiting over a half hour since the initial tech was here. Giving serious thought to just walking out. I'm not impressed with them.
