My vision is so important to me. I don't entrust it lightly to just anyone. In early October I found myself on a mission searching for a quality local optical shop. One equipped to satisfy specific needs, such as: a set of frames sized to fit the bridge of my nose, something that appealed to my style, & new lenses crafted by quality technicians that were experts at accommodating my multiple prescription modifications so I can SEE! all at a reasonable price. Sounds like a tall order! I am grateful to report Elegant Optical Staff met each of those specifications. The seasoned staff was well trained in fitting, explaining options & communicating each step along the way. The end product met & exceeded my expectations. I had an excellent experience at this eye care clinic! The doctor was not only professional but also incredibly kind, taking the time to answer all my questions and ensure I felt comfortable throughout my exam. The front desk staff were equally amazing--friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. Their personalized recommendations made the process enjoyable and stress-free. What truly sets this place apart is the non-corporate, personal touch they offer. You feel like more than just a number here--it's a welcoming, community-focused environment where customer care is clearly their priority. For anyone new to town or simply looking for a thorough, pleasant eye exam experience, I couldn't recommend them enough. You won't be disappointed!

My husband and I were looking for frames and just happen to walk into Elegant Optics. We had a wonderful experience! The woman who helped us was extremely good at her job and super welcoming and knowledgeable! I can't remember her name, but I know it started with a D. When it came to actually trying on the glasses, she was super knowledgeable and really helped us pinpoint what we wanted in a very helpful way, not an overbearing way. When we came back in to pick up the glasses that we ordered, she was talking with our children about what they had been up to, and even remembered details from our prior conversation. She really sold Elegant Optics for us and we will definitely be back!

I had never been to Elegant Optics but stopped in a whim looking for new glasses. I was helped by a really good employee who found me a handful of great choices in a short period of time. Typically I don't enjoy getting assistance picking out options but the employee listened to my feedback throughout and made the experience smooth.

I used to be a regular patient at Elegant Optics. I moved out of town but recently came back. I was due for an exam so my wife ans set up appointments. Their website said they take BCBS insurance and I confirmed that on the phone as well. Dr Adams was great as usual when it came time to deal with the office staff then it went downhill. Tried to upcharge my wife $700 + for frames and lenses. As we said that wasnt going to work then they wanted to "work out" some costs to lower the price. Why didn't they give us the best price up front. That is not a good business practice. We left. I had to call three times to try and get our prescriptions, each time being told they would be sent by email. Never got them. Ended up having to go in again to pick them up. We both ordered glasses online. BCBS insurance applied. Total cost for both of us for frames with lenses (Progressive lenses for my wifes glasses) $15.00. That process was seamless. Sorry to say we will never use Elegant optics again.

Granted, it has been over 3 years since I was a patient. They told me I was now considered a "new patient". (I have bought my last three pair of glasses from them @ about $600 per pair) Had to pay new patient exam price. Set the appt. but found another Dr. that had great reviews. I called back to cancel my appt. The lady who answered the phone was like no big deal if we lose you as a patient. She told me it was only $10 difference, but with her attitude I will not be going back there. Seems no one cares about good customer service these days. VERY DISAPPOINTED. their Dr. is very good. Sorry that I had to find another office.

I originally got an appointment to get a second opinion on a mild color deficiency that was keeping me from getting a really good job. Dr. Adam was able to see me fairly short notice which was crucial as time was a factor being that the single position would surely be filled shortly after. It was his last appointment of the day yet he was patient and thorough. With his observation letter that he quickly produced, I was able to convince the company that I could in fact do the job and was able to continue the hiring process. To top things off, the staff is also very helpful and friendly. I will continue to bring my business here and I would recommend anyone else do the same!

The office manager is psychotic. Treats staff poorly. Dr. Puts up with it. Got a bill for over $700 For one pair of glasses. They charged me for 2 pairs when I only received one pair. Poor staff. Would NEVER go there again! Way better eye Drs out there with a staff that actually cares about their patients & not all about the money. Horrible rating .
