Eyecare Specialty on Superior street is not at all customer oriented, especially the optical section. I am not at all happy with the customer service or the way things are handled. The optical department is poorly managed--you have to wait for a long time and constantly follow up yourself, yet you still don't get clear or concrete answers to your questions. And missed my order and when followup ised to get unexpected answers and put on lab etc., The optical quality is also not great considering the high prices. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Avoid if possible.

The staff were so friendly, and when I came back in a week later they said hi to me by name. They were also very understanding of my financial situation and helped me through the process, working with me to make the best of what I could afford. I am really astonished. You don't find customer service like that at many places anymore.

I've been waiting 53 days for just lenses for my glasses. I've called multiple times to inquire about the status. For the last 3 weeks I only get the voice mail. Now they are not even calling back. I have NOT been rude at all but am losing my patience with the lack of communication. I am concerned that my prescription will change before I get these because it's been so long.

I highly recommend this clinic! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming when I arrived and the check in process was very easy. I had done my check-in online, so that definitely helped, but nonetheless, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly during check-in. My eye exam was a wonderful experience, as well! Very knowledgeable team that is caring, engaging, and helpful.
And choosing my frames was actually enjoyable! I had a wide variety of frames to choose from and the gal that helped me was very patient with me in choosing frames and helpful in explaining insurance benefits, as well. I got my glasses in just under two weeks.

Although the staff are friendly, they definitely overcharge. Also they will not leave me alone, I get calls and texts every other week now to schedule a yearly check up, and after ignoring them they started just scheduling appointments for me without my consent, so now I have to call them to cancel them.

They both have great attention to the details when ordering new lenses or glasses. Great service and happy to return next year
