Today I had such a wonderful experience getting my glasses, and I truly want to recognize Noel P. for taking such great care of me. From the moment we spoke, she was incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely warm. She took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and care, and she made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. You can really tell when someone enjoys helping people, and Noel absolutely does.
I also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Ashley, who was just as amazing. She was funny, kind, and made me feel very welcome. It's people like Noel and Ashley who truly make a difference and are the reason customers come back.
I'll be honest--I had a bad experience here previously, but I'm so glad I decided to give it another chance. This visit completely changed that for me. I left feeling happy, appreciated, and confident in my choice to return. Experiences like this remind you how impactful genuine kindness and great customer service can be.
Thank you both for such a positive and memorable experience--I will absolutely be back because you both.
A couple weeks ago, I went into Eyeglass World in Lincoln, Nebraska to have my glasses tightened.
I was greeted by Maryanne, Ashley and Shae with friendliness and warm smiles. Maryanne handled the actual work on my glasses, and I was very impressed because she took the time to observe how my glasses fit to where she made the decision to do some additional adjustments. My glasses fit even better than they did when I walked in, and I was very impressed as to her knowledge and how she takes her job very seriously!
However, the three of them as a whole, made me feel appreciated because they took the time to actually talk with me.
A question I have been asked many times over the years is if I am a radio personality because of my voice. This was one of the first things they noticed about me, which brought me in with a good attitude which intern made for a light mood that made them so willing to engage with me.
To be honest, I'm not going to hesitate to go back in if I have any other problems with my glasses because the warm and inviting atmosphere that these three ladies provided for me that day is worth the price of admission alone!
Many people are quick to criticize and judge when they don't like something, but it is definitely my pleasure to recognize these three wonderful ladies for making what had been a mediocre day into a wonderful day that had me leaving with a smile!

I'm 45 years old and when I was 40, I got a prescription for a pair of glasses specifically when I'm using the computer at work. I went into eyeglass world to get a new eye exam for the first time with them and spent $530 on two pair of glasses and one pair of shades. When I sat down to pay the lady at the computer said so we're doing bifocals... I don't know nothing was said about bifocals and I don't want bifocals She said to me oh that's fine. It's no big deal. You can just not do the bifocal. In my head, I thought that seems weird, but she said it's so confidently that I thought OK this is common? Cut too I get the glasses which by the way did not come in on time and I had to call them twice to get them because they were in and nobody called me, but that's irrelevant. Now I've spent all this money on these two pair of glasses and I cannot see close-up, which is what I needed so I have to take my glasses off every time because I did not get the correct prescription. Just a mess. There's no in-house doctor by the way either and I think that backfires. Also, The day that I went in there, the chick at the computer had some button wrong and entered. My name is Kimberly. During the two weeks after the appointment, I received three phone calls about Kimberly's consultation appointment, which was not even a real person that was error on their part.
Very helpful. They were short staffed but still made sure we were getting the best care we could. They have lots of options for frames and lots of good deals. Staff was very friendly. Made going to the doctor a little less stressful than normal
Noel and Nick were so helpful. The value and service I received was amazing. This place is quick and super efficient. This was my best experience ever buying glasses. Customer for life.
I'v had an amazing experience with Noel and Ashley. I felt that I know them for long time. They helped me with choice of choosing correct frames and lenses with saving money which in today's day is really helpful. I will definitely be back after this visit.

i've gone here once before for myself, and i didn't have a good experience. staff had an attitude and was rude, and the glasses themselves weren't high quality despite the price. im talking 170$+ for frames that fell apart less than a year after i got them. this was a couple years ago and i decided to give the company another go, that was my mistake. i brought my kid in for an exam and new glasses. we had to wait 40 minutes past our appointment time (in the exam room) for a doctor to hop on the zoom call for less than 8 minutes. the doctor also didn't change the letters on the board while asking my kid to read them multiple times at different prescriptions, meaning they already knew what was there. the check out staff was unhelpful and didn't have communication skills whatsoever. they sat us down at the desk and said absolutely nothing for about 5 minutes while typing on the computer. when i asked if we should hand over the insurance or payment card, the person at the desk snippily stated 'well i have to input the prescription so you're going to need to have some patience.' as if we hadn't been sitting in silence for a couple minutes with no info on what was going on? other than that staff member, the young man at the check in desk was polite.
honestly overall it's very ghetto, and prices are ridiculous for frames that will fall apart and cost you more to fix than you originally paid. you're better off going ANYWHERE else.
Stopped in to try on some glasses and I had two sweet ladies i believe their names were Lacey and Noel come up to me and help find a pair of regular frames and sunglasses that matched perfectly with my face shape. They were both amazingly sweet and kind.
