Horrible experience. My wife had her eye appointment on December 5th and ordered a new pair of prescription glasses. It has been 6 1/2 weeks and her glasses still aren't in. We have called numerous times just to be told that they'll be "ready next week". If her eyeglasses are not finished and ready to be picked up by the end of the week, I will be filing a complaint with the Nebraska Attorney General and initiating a charge back for goods not delivered.

I've been going to Americas best for years and every year I'd describe my concerns with my eyes only to be shut down and told "well your prescription is correct so it's fine." Every single year, this year they cut me off and stopped accepting my insurance.
I came here as they accepted my insurance and I'm so glad I changed. Within 5 minutes of describing my concerns to the doctor he was able to explain in easy to follow terms exactly what I needed to see better. Ordering me the special lenses I needed at an affordable cost.
The staff was friendly quick and I felt the appointment did exactly what I needed! Looking forward to my new glasses

Been with Eyes On Lincoln for nearly ten years. They very professional and respectful towards their customers. However, being charged $50 (out of pocket after insurance) today for contact lense fitting when my prescription isn't changing and I'm not switch to different contact lenses makes me question their business practice. Milk the insurance companies, not your customers. I will be looking for a new eye doctor.

My son had appointment at 3:40 pm today, we waited 30 minutes, I asked the front desk, she said "no, your appointment is at 4pm"...so I told them if Doctor can't see my son now, can I cancel appointment today because I have to pick up my other kids from school.
So at that time, the assistant let my son went in and check his eyes...then told us to wait for Doctor. We waited other 30 minutes and Doctor didn't come in. So I told the doctor's assistant that I can't wait anymore because I'm super late to pick up my other kids. She answered me "be patient, he will be right with you, there is a patient in front of you"... OMG, I don't know how you value the time, whenever patients are late 20 minutes, we have to pay late fee, but when we wait for 1 hour, you tell us to be patient...really disappointed
