Outstanding care from check in to discharge. The staff is very friendly and caring. RN Jenni was great!! She explained every part of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Anesthesiologists Matt and Hillary explained the process of numbing my eyes and made a great cocktail as well lol. Dr. Rixen did a great job from my first consultation to the last follow up appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Rixen and his staff!!

Absolutely satisfied with cataract removal. Wonderful, kind, professional staff at all appointments. ONLY complaint is being called back to exam room for next day check at 7am. Arrived at 650, got right in and then waited for 30 minutes to see Dr Rixen for 4-5 mins. I didn't have to work that day but my husband/driver did. Wait time for this was excessive in my opinion. I felt like I had been forgotten about.

Communication, education about the surgery & consultation with the nurse before my surgery made me feel very comfortable. You were greeted the minute you arrived and handed off to each person in the team until you were escorted back to your driver. Their staff was friendly, caring & highly trained.
