Just like a year ago, I ended up waiting a long time--last time in the waiting room, this time in the doctor's office. It felt like patient time doesn't matter at all, and I was basically left alone until I asked for attention myself. On top of that, I was told I couldn't get a contact lens prescription unless I was wearing lenses bought from them. It felt a bit like they were trying to push their own products rather than focusing on patient care. I paid $90 with insurance expecting to get the prescription during the visit, but this requirement was never explained ahead of time. While I understand the need for safety checks with contact lenses, the long waits, lack of communication, and the sense of being pressured to buy from them made this a very frustrating experience. I really hope they start treating patients' time and needs with more respect.

Dr Arneson is a joy to see as he has a great upbeat personality I've been seeing him since 2022 and I highly recommend him and Lincoln Vision Center for your eye care needs. Also they offer high quality materials.

I've been going to Lincoln vision Center for years and my experience have always been positive, until my last visit when it seems like they didn't know the doctor that was supposed to be seeing, so they put me in three different rooms after my initial exam. Left me in the room for about 30 to 40 minutes. Nobody came in and checked, after 40 minutes I opened the door I left, I told someone that I had been waiting for 40 minutes and that I was sleeping. I requested the doctor to call me because I need an explanation for the total disregard of their clients time. No apologies, no calls. Extremely disappointed.

Dr Stephan is great, but his assistant wasn't patient, acted upset when I couldn't see what i was supposed to see. She didn't offer to let me know how to look into machine, just kept saying you should see the light. If patient not seeing it I felt she should have explained what I was doing wrong. Maybe she had a bad day.

I'm a dental hygienist, and I recently walked into Lincoln Vision Center even though I wasn't a patient there. One of the arms on my loupes frame had broken, and I needed help right away. Without any hesitation, the staff replaced it for me on the spot. Their kindness and professionalism were outstanding. I left extremely satisfied and will definitely be returning. I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service!

I have been quite pleased with the ongoing treatment by Dr. Jeremy Baumfalk, in the Lincoln Vision Center, as he has had to deal with my radial keratotomy.

It was great, didn't have to wait, actually got in before my appointment and everything was very efficient.

MUST READ: Eye exam went perfectly normal. Where Lincoln Vision Center really shined was Customer service. I'm a fairly indecisive person and the first associate that helped me was Brad. He was super helping, patient and easy to talk to. He made what would be a stressful decision for me feel like an easy one with his help! A few weeks go by and I'm contacted by Amanda. Who informs me that their quality control flagged my glasses 2 times as not being up to standards. Because of this delay on their part she informs me they will compensate my time with a free pair of Prescription sunglasses totally at their cost. She too, was as helpful as Brad if not more so. These employees made me feel valued and will definitely be getting me as a return customer. Their communication and hospitality as well as the ability to go above and beyond for their customers like they have in my case, says more about their business than any one review could put into words. HIGHLY recommend.
