I visited the store to have my glasses adjusted. I sat comfortably in the chair and the technician asked me where I bought my glasses. I told her on EBay and all of a sudden her voice plus another voice echoed a discontent of OH, NO!!! We can't adjust your frames. ????? I have an eye appointment this Wednesday with my ophthalmologist of 20+ years, Dr Mario Mota. I think he will be really disappointed when I tell him that I was turned away service because I bought my frames on EBAY. Just like in the movie, "Pretty Woman," BIG, HUGE, MISTAKE! I have to go shopping on EBAY again for another Ray Ban Classic Frame and get new 300+ dollars lenses in them. I have a big group of family and friends, guess who I won't be recommending them to get their eyewear from?????--YOU!

Coming from someone who has horrible social anxiety and hates in person appointments- the gals at Optical Gallery were so kind and made me feel so safe. I was very relaxed in my appointment compared to other appointments at different places. I appreciate how kind and patient they are as well as not overbearing and overly serious. Dr. Raymond fixed my prescription, gave me temporaries enough to last me the delivery wait time, and I was out within 30 minutes feeling better than what I felt going in. Overall, a great experience and impressing staff.

I came here for the first time as this was the eye doctor that my insurance accepted. The wait time for the appointment was short and the appointment itself was quick. I chose a pair of glasses with the front desk gal's assistance and they came in quickly. I had to go back and have them adjusted twice, but it was easy both times. The gals at the front desk weren't rude or unfriendly!! They said I could come back any time, if the glasses needed adjusted again!!

I went in for an exam and Ashley gave me the wrong prescription. They sent the glasses back twice more, I still can't see out of my glasses, and now they won't give me my money back. Kim called me to "discuss options" and is VERY rude and disrespectful when talking to a patient about the office errors!! Their office staff is far from professional and don't know what they're doing. If you want something you can see out of, go somewhere else. Don't go here!!! I gave them a second chance after last time telling me I had MS based on my eye exam, and I'm sorry I gave them a second chance. Because now I'm out $525. I will never suggest this place to anyone!!!

Really great experience :) First time getting glasses as an adult by myself and the staff made me feel very comfortable. Forms ask for preferred pronouns which is always a relief. Thank you for the help! Especially helping me narrow down to which pair I liked the most!

Don't bring your kids here. My five year old daughter has a high prescription (+6) and getting the right glasses in a timely manner is very important to us and her health. We usually go to Heartland Optical for her glasses, but wanted to try to this place out. It was the worst experience. After picking out her glasses, we had to return to their office an additional five times due to the glasses not fitting right. Turns out, the first lady never fit the glasses properly on her face. They had us pick another pair to switch (which were cheaper than the first) and they refused to refund us the difference. They also tightened her glasses too much from behind and year and days later my daughter's ears were raw. Overall this was a one month process that should not have taken that long. They are not knowledgeable at all about kid's eye wear.

I visited this location about a year ago. While there, I thought I had a great experience. Afterwards, not so much. My initial visit was great. I picked out some frames and went in the back for my exam. The doctor was great and explained everything to me, which I'm very used to as this is a yearly exam for me since I am a contact wearer, no issues there at all. This was my first time buying glasses as an adult (26) as I always wear contacts. Picked out the frames and they measured my face or whatever they do for glasses and I left. I returned to pick up my glasses a few days later and was met with the widest frames and extremely thick plastic lenses. The frames I originally picked out fit my face perfectly, these frames, although identical, are extremely wide and constantly slip off my face. The lenses are so heavy that they wont stay on my nose and constantly are being pushed up to stay on my face and have the weirdest distortion on the edges. I've worn glasses before and this is not how they should fit, feel or look. While mostly my fault on the lenses part for not knowing that I could choose different lenses that were thinner (and I would have, given the option!), I was never given this choice and it was never mentioned. That is my first issue. The second issue is the frame adjustment. I've been in 3 separate times to have them adjusted and the most that has every been done is the arms being bent a minuscule amount at the ears which has done nothing. I know there is a point where you can no longer adjust the frames before messing with the vision part of it all, but not like that matters because the lenses are already distorted to the point where I cant wear them. I was also told that in a few hours to a few days the "getting used to them" period would go away, it never did and it never will with these lenses. I have expressed all of these issues every time I have gone into the store and basically they told me I was S.O.L. and had to live with these terrible glasses. I never wear them because of these issues, they make me nauseous when I wear them, I can only look directly straight otherwise any other angle is extremely distorted (I realize that there is some distortion towards the edges of lenses, but this is more than should be allowed). The frames do not fit my head at all despite them fitting while trying them on in store the day of and they refuse to adjust the frames at all at this point. I will never return to this store, my first time buying glasses was a total waste of time and money and I would not recommend them to anyone.
