I had a great experience at Pearl Vision! Both the gentleman and the lady who helped me were very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit enjoyable. The young lady who did my eye exam was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. She was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service from the entire team. I would highly recommend Pearl Vision to anyone looking for quality eye care and a friendly atmosphere!

I had reservations about having my eye exam done (as i have had other exam places that just push you through with hardly a word) but I was met with friendly experienced (Laura) assistant manager. The optometrist (Laura Bokemper) was so nice and very helpful and informative about my exam. She was concerned about my eye orbit bruising after an auto accident i had 3 days earlier and took extra time to make sure there was no fractures that would interfere with my sight. Explicitly explained her process and left me with the ease that I was taken really good care of. I was very pleased with everything from beginning to end.

i've been coming here for around 3 years and every experience has been great! Dr Bokemper is super kind, explains everything and makes sure to answer all questions. front desk staff are kind, answer all questions and even help decide on some glasses! parking is the only downside, but that's only because it is in the heart of downtown. everything else is absolutely great! thank you pearle vision!

After 25+ years I finally switched it up and saw a new eye doctor and shopped at a new eyewear store. I am not comfortable with change. I had the same insurance agent for 30+ years until I switched to my son......I made him wait 2 years to be sure he was sticking with it. . I heard things about my eyes from Dr Bokemper that had never been pointed out before and Levi was super honest and helpful when I was picking out frames and lenses. Thank you both!
