This is the absolute worst place to get yourself a pair of glasses. The two females Moniqua and Veronica that were here today think it's "play-time" and are cracking jokes and having conversations instead of actually serving people. They don't give the option or have the conversation of whether you want to pay out of pocket or do insurance. This is my first time getting a pair of glasses so I just listened to what they asked which was for my insurance. They then sit on the phone for 15 minutes arguing with the insurance company. I then contact my guardians and they tell me pay out of pocket, don't do insurance. I'm inpatient at this point, and are clear and stern with them. NOW they start moving and getting stuff done. They do not care about customers at all, they think it's social hour. You can't even take out an airpod while serving a customer? I'm never coming back here again for a pair of glasses, a different Sam's Club or Costco will be receiving my business. Avoid this place at all costs.
