I think they could be a lot better on their customer service. I went to check out and the line was 14 deep and they only had one cashier open. It wasn't until I went to customer service and made her check me out that she decided to call for more cashiers. She kept looking at her watch so she must have been getting off soon..

These places had barely any staff even before they announced they are closing. Poorly lit, poor quality merchandise, rude employees. The prices are higher here than at local competitors with better selection. I'm glad these dumps are closing, maybe we can get something worthwhile to stimulate Lincoln.

Corporate needs to spend more time on getting their online-pick up in store process up to snuff! Ordered and went to pick up the next day and 1) order could not be found and 2) wouldn't credit my card; would only give a store credit! No more shopping at Shopko! They've been trying to read themselves and should start with customer service and store culture. All I've seen is a "don't care" attitude

Shopko is not my favorite place to shop, but my wife likes it. Their everyday prices are just "okay" and they never have enough cashiers at the registers. Whether you need to complete a return or exchange at customer service, or simply purchase items at the registers, expect to wait. I will say that the clearance events here are when you can find really good deals.

If 0 stars were possible, that's what my rating would be. Every time I go into this store, I can't find associates in the areas I'm shopping in to help me. The only people that seem to work there are the cashiers, and that's the other problem- there's usually only ONE cashier, no matter how long the line is. The other day, my cashier had so little knowledge of what he was doing that he couldn't apply my $10 reward coupon to my purchase so he first attempted to charge me for only one of the two $6 items I was buying, then kept me waiting at his check stand for a good 5 minutes until there were 3 other people in line, then finally sent me to guest service. The management clearly cares very little for ensuring adequate training for the employees at this store, or to ensure adequate coverage for the relatively simple process of letting people pay for their stuff and get out. I guess it's the location keeping this store in business.

Pretty good selection of things but empty building as far as staff. The staff that was on the floor was unsure of the store layout and not helpful. Prices are high unless you catch it on a rotating sale. I wouldn't recommend getting your day to day supplies there bc they are too expensive.

I loving this store and has a lot from smallest to the largest things you might need for you house! However one thing drives me nut is they are always short staff & wait in line longer than you doing shopping! I wish that they would hire more employees so that they would have better customer service.

Closing. Review doesn't matter, but "closeout" prices are ridiculous. Prices look like they were raised to manufacturers suggested retail, then cut 40-60%. End result is items can be bought cheaper elsewhere.
