I love when a doctor has the patient's best health in mind and willing to send them to a specialist if needed. Thank you for bringing this to my attention for when, down the line, I need that e tra help. It allows me to grasp the concept that my eyes may not be at their youngest self.

I usually never give bad reviews, but when I came in with my Aunt and uncle the front gal seemed kinda mean. I didnt really pay any mind to it and let it go. I think we were in the store for about 30 minutes and not one person came up to see how we were doing or if we needed help. When we picked out the frames that my aunt wanted we tried to find someone to talk to. The gal saw that we were looking for someone and decided to ask a person who just entered if they were finding everything okay. We kinda just looked at each other and thought that was weird. After the guy said he was okay, the gal said that she'll clock the other employee out. When that guy finished picking out his glasses the gal didnt even look at us and helped him out. My Aunt and Uncle kinda had enough, my uncle went to the employee that she was gonna clock out and was kinda just talking to him about the situation. Not even a few seconds later she just appeared behind us and looked super annoyed at us. When my uncle asked why she ignored us and why no one came to help us. She said in a snobby and defensive tone "Well people came in with appointments and are a priority, over walk-in's". The place was empty and that guy also was also a walk in. All they needed was to show a little respect to customers because I was gonna give them a 5 star because of the stuff my aunt was telling me about this place. Even if it was just a simple "Hey we have a few appointments ahead of you, and you might need to wait a bit."
Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk employee was disappointing. Shaina was uncomfortably rude and did not demonstrate basic customer service skills. That said, the provider was knowledgeable. I truly appreciated the care from the clinical side.
It's been years since I've had a vision insurance. My prescriptions are years old, my vision is blurry, and my glasses needed a fashion update.
I am so glad that I set this appointment with Visionworks - on a Saturday. I made my appointment same day, and I received a call from Shaina within the hour, verifying some details on my vision insurance. I was able to get what she needed from my plan, and have her answer some preliminary questions about my coverage.
When I arrived, Shaina was one of the team members to greet me, ensuring that my vision exam started within about 15 minutes of my arrival. While the doctor was great, and was very easy to work with, it was Shaina that made the difference for me.
By the way, this was a game weekend in Lincoln. There were tons of people waiting for service and for exams. I was so impressed with how Shaina and the staff handled the crowd. The fact that my experience was so positive when I was one of many in the store is a testament to their well-run systems and masterful staff.
All in all, I think I pulled 15 pairs of glasses to try on. In the end, it was Shayna's personal selection for me based on my style preferences, my face shape, and the type of lenses I preferred.
It will take two weeks to get my glasses; I'm very impressed by their guarantee policy, and the fact that I can come in with any issues after I pick up my new pair. Hands down, this was a perfect experience.
this visionworks is the best place i've been. every time i go in i'm greeted with smiles and hellos, the staff are always so nice and willing to help out! no matter the time or day they are consistent with good customer service. they offer such a wide variety of glasses to pick from and they help you pick out ones that best fit your face without being pushy about it. 10/10 atmosphere
We went in tonight to get new glasses and the employee were not very helpful and they were very rude. The lady that came over with a snobby tone said "The patient that had a previous appointment took priority over walkins", and so apparently walkins custermers money is not any good to them.
Both ladies working in the front were extremely welcoming and pleasant to talk to. The whole appointment went quickly without feeling rushed, and I left feeling well informed. I appreciated the Dr explaining his choices with my prescription to avoid eye strain and showing me/asking if I could tell the difference. I felt guided by knowledgeable, benevolent professionals throughout my visit.
Great experience getting an eye exam, getting assistance in selecting frames, getting answers to my many questions pertaining to my prescription and my needs. Highly recommend!
