Drove 25 minutes because I was told they had had the frames I needed in a pinch and was also told that they would look into price matching once I got there. Unfortunately once I was there the original employee was not there, instead I got a lady who was very quick to throw that they don't do price matching. So much for even looking into it. Guess ill overnight ship the same glasses and save my money for my next eye appointment at a different place because customer support is lacking here.

I was extremely happy with the great service I received recently when I had my eye exam and got new glasses. They were very good at helping me pick out new frames. They told me about the new enhanced Transitions lenses and they were just what I needed. I highly recommend this place and the enhanced Transition lenses!

This is the best vision center I have ever been to. The optometrists were kind, knowledgeable, and expedient. I had my new eyeglass prescription in less than half an hour, and I was never sold anything I didn't need. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

WORSE CONTACT PLACE ON EARTH! Services and follow up are horrible and the customer service was non-existent! A simple contact appointment and ordering of contacts was dragged out for over 3 months and I still do not have my contacts. They didn't update the record to the correct prescription and when I ordered they were rejected and then I lost all discounts when I reordered. I had to pay an additional $50 more then I would have if they would have updated their recorded when they were suppose to. They knew the one brand didn't work however, that is what they left on the file so when I ordered that is the reason they rejected the order, it didn't match, making me wait even longer, have to reorder (hoping they have it right this time) and lose money in the process. I've always gone to Walmart but this will be my last time ever!
