When I got my glasses there they kept wanting to add more things on to the bill and I kept rejecting them. Associate gave me the total and I asked is that for everything and I won't owe anything else when they come in. He told me no that is the complete total I won't owe anything else. Paid for my glasses and picked them up when they came in. THREE MONTHS LATER I GET A BILL IN THE MAIL FOR MORE MONEY. They claimed it was for the added on warranty and I told them I rejected it. Then she said insurance didn't pay everything they thought they would pay. Asked for a copy of everything that was paid and everything insurance paid and they told me that isn't their job and they can't provide that to me.
Watch going here so you don't get scammed by Walmart. Walmart since I know you will comment a reply on this saying sorry for the inconvenience and to contact you about it. You have my contact information and as long as this comment is up that means you haven't contacted me yet.

Been going here for 3 yrs now. I love their selection & everyone is always very helpful & professional. However recently I had my eye exam there as well as it was due. I've noticed this employee before & his unkept look/odor stood out to me. Esp the unwashed hair & smell of body odor. This man did my pre-exam & I could tell the machines hadn't been sanitized prior, I even asked him but he insisted they were. All I could smell during this exam was a dirty, greasy odor. Not sure how to explain it without sounding rude! The Dr was great, good experience! I'm not sure how other employees don't notice? It's an uncomfortable situation to be in without sounding rude! How does a person address this?

Decided to go to Walmart for an eye exam since I moved states. My axis and cylinder changed drastically compared to the 6+ years I was at my other provider. Ordered contacts and glasses anyway (stupidly). The glasses made me dizzy and my contacts were slightly fuzzy in my left eye. I went in for a re examination and he told me I had 20/20, he was going to bump up the power which he said might cause more damage than good. I suggested using my old prescription and wow that works a lot better! I refunded my glasses and contacts and will not come back. Service was great but would not believe me when I said my vision was not correct.

My husband accidentally sat on his glasses. We brought them to another optician who tried but failed to repair them. I suggested we go to Walmart Vision Center. Got there before closing and showed them to Felisha. She knew just what to do and didn't stop until it was done right. We were very impressed with her work and excellent customer service!
I've been a fan of Walmart's Vision Centers since I got my first pair from them in 2013. My frames broke 8 years later, when I was on a trip to Boca, so we went to the Walmart Vision Center there and they replaced them with new frames of an updated style which I continued using every day until 2022, when I got my new Ray-Bans. Then they became my "home" glasses. That pair lasted over 10 years until I accidentally dropped them and cracked one lens. The frames are still solid though so I intend to have them repaired and still use them for the sentimental value.

My husband and I visited this Vision center for assistance when his frames, purchased at a different Walmart location, broke. Because his style of frames were no longer available, we asked if they could see if his lenses could be fit into a frame that they currently carried, that we could purchase. His lenses were current and a new prescription. The employee refused, saying it was not possible. We went to Target's Vision center and their employee was a great help, looking through their inventory, finding a pair of frames that were a perfect. She was an amazing help and super pleasant and helpful, unlike Walmart's Vision Center employee.

I went to Eyeglass world, and upon entering, I was bombarded with sale options. Not what I really was looking upon my visit.
Went home to check reviews, and found a lot of the dedicated places for vision around town had horrible reviews, with comments saying to go to a Walmart. They were right.
I got there, and OJ greeted me with a "How may we help you?" No sales pitch, just there to ask what I needed. I talked with her to let her know my situation, and together we set up an appointment for the doctor. I went in, was politely informed of the process, and upon finishing up with Doctor Dufner, I was assisted by Debra, who was kind, and let me know the options I had for frames, and options for the lenses themselves.
Overall, a great experience. Good job Walmart Vision Center.
