Kastl Family Eyecare

Kastl Family Eyecare is absolutely phenomenal! Dr. Kastl is not only a compassionate doctor that really listens, but he is also extremely knowledgeable in his field. I have a host of vision problems, & he has been on top of all of them. And as if Dr. Kastl wasn't reason enough, the staff is an absolute joy to deal with. They, too, are on top of their game, plus every one of them has outstanding personalities and people skills. It's like a big, happy family, but they don't skimp on their professionalism. I cannot recommend Kastl Family Eyecare enough.

He is great with our kids and is patient when they have "extra" energy during their visit. The level of attention and personalized service here is unmatched. I had a metal fragment hit my pupil. Dr. Kastl got me in promptly and made me feel at ease with the situation. I highly recommend him, especially for families with young children.

Just moved to town last July, so we've been going through the process of finding new doctors. Everyone at Kastl was amazing. Easy to talk to and work with, even while managing my talkative and on-the-move three year old. The office was immaculate. Loved that there were kid seats in the front waiting area. Dr. Kastl was awesome, too. Very informative, nice, and great at explaining things. Plus, he told me he'd give me some recommendations for other doctors and such since we're new to Norfolk.

I love how they treat you like family. Doc. Kastl was very good and patient with my child. It was nice that he truly cared about my eyes and was truly very patient and caring! The staff was amazing, especially Michelle. So glad we had met him! Plus his a Cubs fan!

I absolutely loved my experience with Kastl Family Eyecare! I decided to switch up providers and am very glad I did. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain things. His staff is amazing! I picked up my glasses today and LOVE them! I would definitely recommend them!
