I ordered a pair of glasses through WalMart because I had lost my original pair. I just wanted a cheaper pair because I wear contacts 80% of the time and my insurance was already covering my contacts for the year. The lady who helped me order had no problem processing the order because the prescription my original eye doctor sent wasn't two years old yet. The glasses came in, and I knew right away that something was off. However the woman helping me this time around told me there was nothing she could; no returns, no exchanges, no refunds, nothing, because my prescription was a little over a year old. I'm not sure why I wasn't told that I wouldn't be able to return or exchange them, should they not work, because the prescription was a year old, when I was originally told I could use the prescription because it was not yet two years old. I'm now out $200 with a pair of glasses I can't/don't wear because they give me a headache... great business!

STAY AWAY, especially the vision center. Absolutely horrible. My 87 year old mother went to return a pair of classes. It had not been 60 days. Lisa, supposedly manager, refused because mom returned some glasses to a different Walmart. Over a year ago. We tried to resolve via 800 Walmart, spoke with the manager, Sarah and Miles. No luck. Instead they got my medically disabled brother very worked up and had my 87 year old mother crying. Who does that? When I called they lied to me and said my brother was using foul language. Both he and my mother said that was not true. I do not appreciate being lied to.

Very rude about appointments. Was told if I were late I would have to reschedule since I was the last appointment. Okay, understandable. But when I got there I had to wait 25+ minutes to be seen. Then got sent back to the waiting area. There was someone that came in after me for an appointment (yet I was the last appointment for the day?) l will be going back to Columbuss' vision center. They care more about their customers.
