We have been going to complete Eyecare for a long time and have always enjoyed the drs, staff, and their services. Our regular drs retired so we saw new providers yesterday.
My husband has a blood cancer that can affect his eyes so he needs very thorough eye exams. We were very pleased that Dr. Gosnell looked over my husbands records before we arrived and did a very thorough exam on him. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and reassuring.
I saw Dr. French and was very pleased with his exam, knowledge, and kindness.
We both Highly recommend this busy, up to date clinic! Their selection of glasses is great also!

The most trusted eye center around! When good care is received these days, people notice. After trying to get contacts that ripped from Walmart eye center, I was disappointed and just wanted to get another trial. Since W declined to help me with my eye care, I found Complete Eye- where we should've gone first. Now my family and I will only get our eye service from these lovely people- who know how to give the friendly customer service our community needs.

I arrived for my appointment and was brought back for testing quickly. The tech explained the tests and did an excellent job. I had a short wait to see Dr French while my eyes were dilating. Dr French was very nice and took time with me to check my eyes. He explained everything very well and discussed my eye changes. He took me to where the frames were and a nice lady helped me pick out new frames for my new lens prescription. I paid my bill and will pick up my new glasses in about a week. Very happy with my experience!

The staff is friendly and helpful, and went through the various tests quickly and accurately, helpfully explaining the purpose of each. The doctor similarly explained each thing he was doing and quickly resolved an issue I was having, even based on the little information I could provide him.
I have been using Complete Eyecare for more than 30 years, recently switching doctors following the retirement of my initial provider. I am as impressed with Dr. French as I was with Dr. Baxter for the prior 30+ years. I strongly recommend this service provider.

It has been a few years since I've had an appointment here. I was a patient for a little over 10 yrs. Called.today bc my Dr. wants me to have eye exam due to a medical condition. They informed.me that since it's been awhile since I've been seen and bc of my medi al issue, they will not see.me. I am to try another optometrist. I do not feel like this is good practice. Obviously it is.not.managed the same as in the past.
