Eye Care Professionals

Our first experience with Eye Care Professionals was great. The office staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The office itself is very well designed and inviting. The eye examination was quite thorough. Dr. Golden was very knowledgeable and informative. They have a nice selection of eyewear with staff members that are very helpful and skilled in helping you select the glasses that will be best for you.

Dr. Mollie Golden and her staff are nothing short of amazing! They work well with the patients, being old or young. They keep the patients comfortable and are very knowledgeable with what they do!! I am very pleased with them and I will not go anywhere else than Dr. Mollie Golden!!

Dr Mollie Golden and her entire staff are the best. From making appointments, exams and choosing frames everyone is kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Each time I leave an appointment I am confident Dr Mollie has completed a thorough exam of my current eye health and addressed all of my questions. I found the eye care staff very professional. They were very respectful and friendly . It seemed odd to me though that this being my FIRST visit as a new patient, that the doctor , Mollie Golden never introduced herself as the doctor as I was assuming. There was no small talk at all. It seemed a little rushed. While she was pleasant and not at all rude she didn't ask about me ,or my eye history, or tell me she was glad I chose to come to her for my eyes care or any kind of welcoming conversation. I received very helpful and patient support with my eye glasses adjustments and update on my prescription. So far I have no reason to question my purchases or the doctor's expertise. The interpersonal interactions with the doctor was just not what I have come to expect from doctors.

I was very pleased with the timeliness, prossionalism, and compassion from everyone I encountered, even when making my initial appointment! My concerns were heard, taken seriously, and a treatment plan was recommended which I feel is appropriate for my situation! I'm beyond thrilled and seriously "looking" forward to more "Eye Care Professionals"!

Front desk people never get enough credit for all they do. They are always the people behind the scenes, helping the doctors, scheduling appointments, ordering equipment etc. Before I came in for my appointment I had looked at glasses that were on your online store, unfortunately they weren't in the office to try on. She ordered me the pair to try on and if I don't like them, they will be added to the shelf for others to try on as well. I really appreciate the kindness that she showed and the way she went above and beyond for me to make the (me) the patient happy. I know that if she showed kindness to me that she does show kindness to others. Employees like this, help make the practice successful. Congrats Complete Eyecare, you hired a good one.

Dr Golden and her staff take the time to explain my eye health, and that all my questions are answered. The staff are very helpful and patient selecting new frames/lens with no pressure. Great group!

The staff was great - we brought our 3 yr old in for her first eye exam and they took great care of us. Nice clean and calm office!
