Shawn made the process of choosing new frames easy and genuinely enjoyable. She has a great sense of style and gave honest, thoughtful advice about what would look best on me. I came in concerned about finding frames that truly suited my face size and features, after being unhappy with a previous pair from another optical shop that never looked quite right and required frequent adjustments. She not only helped me choose a flattering style, but also guided me in selecting important functional features for my progressive lenses. In the end, I left with a great everyday pair as well as prescription progressive sunglasses. I truly appreciated her expertise, patience, and attention to detail.

Dr Armitage and Shawn (in optical) are really wonderful. I have very sensitive/picky eyes and they both were so kind and helpful in choosing the right glasses and contacts for me. My original prescription from a different doctor wasn't the right fit so having them re-evaluate things to make sure it was perfect was wonderful. This place is great! I came in because I was having double vision which is really scary. Dr. Grange reassured me that I am experiencing ocular migraines vs having a stroke. When I called up to get my prescription after my last glasses broke Michaela was so helpful and helped me get a new pair for way less than I thought I would have to pay and helped me with my damaged pair as well. Much appreciated!

Sylvia helped me pick out my new frames. I remembered she had helped me last year as well, and was fantastic with understanding my style and giving kind and honest feedback. She reduced the time it would normally take me to select frames, and I find that kind of efficiency valuable. When you are ready for new frames, ask for Sylvia and you will not be disappointed!

Sylvia was extremely helpful! After my eye exam, she showed me some glasses frames however we no longer have vision insurance. She suggested we look into VSP as an option. My husband and I were able to get on a VSP plan that is very affordable for us. Once I had insurance, I went back and ordered new glasses with Sylvia's help. An excellent experience!

I had a great experience at Eye Specialists in Papillion! Shawn was absolutely amazing -- super knowledgeable and incredibly helpful in helping me pick out frames that really fit my face shape and style. She even got the receptionists involved to vote on which pair looked best, which made the whole process fun and genuine. I really appreciated the honest opinions and personal attention. I left feeling confident and excited about my new glasses. Highly recommend.
