The manager Michaela is awesome I have an issue with a refund check and was told that it had been mailed out and it wasn't mailed out Michaela went above and beyond and trying to get this check in my hands she's awesome

I was just at this location today and it was a 1st time appointment there or for any of their locations. These ladies were so helpful and accommodating. I was able to get any of my questions answered and seen twice in one day. I did the eyeglasses appointment and then when I left, I called and asked if they could do a contact appointment b/c I had changed my mind about doing it later. These ladies, again, were so nice and accommodating. I work in retail pharmacy and so I know that sometimes it isn't as easy as popping back in when you've changed your mind on a medication and in this situation another exam for contacts. But they did! The doctor was sweet and I felt taken care of. If you need an eyeglasses/contacts appointment, I give this location as an option. You won't regret it!

Stopped in today because i broke a nose guard off. Staff was so friendly.new nose pieces & ear gaurd pieces put on frames Cleaned them and fixed a side arm i bent. Look and feel brand new and no charge. So happy with the service and quality ofglasses

My parents when in today to buy some glasses. It was my dad's first glasses shopping experience, and it was fantastic! Both of them left happy and with a pair of glasses. Mikayla was our helper, and she was amazing. She went above and beyond for us, and had us giggling the whole time. The atmosphere was very professional and comfortable, while also being fun :) will definitely choose to go there next time we are in need of glasses!!

I had to reschedule my eye appointment and provided the office with ample notice. However, when I called back to rebook, I was informed they would not schedule another appointment for me. The customer service representatives I spoke with were extremely rude and unprofessional. With so many other eye care providers in the area, I cannot recommend this business. If it were possible, I would rate it even lower than one star!

Sharon is a fantastic sales representative and optician for Shopko Optical. My fiancee needed extended size frames and found many options. Sharon helped us find glasses and sunglasses. She was knowledgeable & kind and made the process enjoyable.

Excellent service!!! I was able to book online, easy...the optometrist was super knowledgeable & the care I received from Sharon was outstanding!!! She helped me with my frames & really made the whole experience quite pleasant. Best eyecare I've received in a long while. Thank you Sharon!
