Switched providers to come here as they were a Maui Jim dealer. They refused to order my lenses from Maui Jim as they "wouldn't get paid" from VSP, my insurance provider. VSP assures they pay at the contractural rate. The prescription I received was worse than my previous script and I had them put my old lenses back in. My new sunglass lenses that I ordered are useless. $248 and change wasted. Moreover they listed the wrong inhaler in my chart.

Absolutly fantastic service all the way through. From the doctor to the choosing of glasses. Shoutout to Jesse for helping me choose my glasses.

All of the people who work at Scottsbluff Vision are awesome! I have been going here for many years. They always make me smile when I go in. Rather, it's for a full examination, field test, or getting my glasses adjusted. (Frequently necessary, especially when I fall asleep with them on. Oops ) I get a hello and a smile from whoever is doing intake, bookkeeping, insurance, scheduling & my ladies that patiently adjust and help me pick out my next pair of glasses. Last but not least, I really like sing my optometrist. She is very caring, patient, and great at explaining whatever is needed. There are a number of great optometrists there. Big thank you to all of the staff that keep it a well-oiled machine.

I need to have new lenses but am Leary because after my last checkup I got new lenses and the lenses were not correct. The doctor was very nice and so were most of the staff. They adjusted my glasses several times to no avail. One of the times I was lectured about not expecting great vision. The 3rd time they figured out my lenses were not lined up correctly for my vision. They ordered new lenses. They were worse. This time one of the labs had reversed the prescriptions, left for right and right for left. They ordered a 3rd set. The 3rd set have certainly been better. Now I need new prescriptions. Do I go back there or somewhere else this time?

Should have read reviews before coming back here. Used them years ago. But their prices were outrageous. But came back because they take insurance. Not worth it. Lenses might have been ok except dr got prescription wrong. They corrected maybe. I haven't got them yet. I asked them to send them. I'm a truck driver and won't be home. Won't use anything but post office. That won't work. So now pay extra to get them sent. I'll go back to where I was. Too much $ and too long wait.

The doctors, the rest of the staff in back, and the staff that helps with eye glassed are all so very nice. Most of your front desk staff is very rude. I couldn't even get her to run my pre-authorization for my insurance. She spoke to me like I didn't know anything about my insurance. This has happened 4 or 5 years in a row! Until they get front staff that aren't so rude I will not be going back.

The eye doctor was great but they got my money for glasses and went back to get them they were soooo sooo rude and nasty had to wait for a long time so went to do other things came she was incredibly rude the lady came out to give me my glasses asked it I could read with them I said yes she slid the case to me and walked away never will I go back
