Dr. Headman was fine. The gentleman that helped with my glasses was great.
The other ladies absolutely terrible. Had to finish their conversation as I awkwardly stood there waiting to check in for my appointment. Then there is Lucy. Lucy was the most unprofessional, rude person I have ever dealt with at any type of appointment. The way she spoke to me was absolutely degrading. I left the appointment to calm down as to not say something like Lucy did to me. I called back to report my concerns to a supervisor. And turns out this place trusts Lucy to lead people and be someone in a power position when she talks to patients with absolute disrespect. I was baffled. So I reported the issues to her and how she treated and talked to me. Will never go there again. Which is a shame as Lucy who is a supervisor ruined it all.

I had a great experience. I had absolutely no wait time when I arrived. My exams were thorough and informative. The Dr and the other associate were very friendly and helpful. I've been a customer for 5 years and have always been treated very well.

The staff member I delt with was great, my problem was the cost and 8 week wait time. I can get a pair of prism lenses reading glasses and a pair of progressive and transition lenses both with frames for less than what walmart quoted me for just progressive lenses. I will be paying out of pocket to use Zenni instead of using the amount allotted on my Medicare spending card.

Do Not go here! Unless of course you enjoy bad service! The woman who work there have 0 customer service skills. They are so salty that you can't help but have anxiety at the thought of going there. I've seen sloths move faster than them. First off I got a 15 min lecture on how to take care of my glasses when I went to return the damaged lenses. Then I literally watched 3 people walk up and get helped while I waited for over 30 min to get my new lenses. I left and came back and 3 employees where at one computer avoiding any type of work. When I asked if I could get my lenses, I was met with so much attitude. Then she didn't stop there. She poked her head out of the back room and continued to yell at me! Whatever you do, do not go to the one with white hair named lynee! She is absolutely racist! I watched her take 3 different people and told the other ladies to help others before helping a Hispanic lady! Walmart would be better off not having a vision center at all! I'm sure they have lost a ton of business. Hell I was about to do a $300.00 order myself today and walked out!

I went there for an eye exam, the woman who did the first part of my exam was super sweet and made the whole thing a lot less awkward. The Dr who did the main part of my exam was very nice as well, and the woman who helped me with lenses was so nice she informed me so much about my lenses and explained my prescription, we say and chatted for 15 minutes and she was very nice I wish I knew their names but I was VERY impressed!

If I could give a lower rating I would. They couldn't get my insurance straight so needless to say I drove 100 miles for no glasses. I have used this store before, will not be back. Completely dissatisfied. Poor way to run a optical store.

They provide excellent customer service and the doctor there is very in depth when examining your eyes. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. They provide a plethora of products and frames to choose from and in a variety of price ranges. They take a really close of your Vision insurance and how they can help you provide you proper price range you can spend on frames.
