Blackburn Eye Clinic

Called this place yesterday and was like talking to a wooden post. They said they would call me back, nothing. Drove there today and went in. A woman asked me if I needed help and I told her yes looking to get my prescription filled with new lens. She looked at me with a blank look on her face then I added that my insurance would cover up too $300. Again she looked at me blank for a few seconds and said okay. Just like yesterday give them the information and they said well or just look at me like I'm dumb like today. Hard to talk to person when they just look at you with a blank look. Will not go back, to bad cause we was thinking about moving to Sidney since my caregiver is from Sidney. They just lost two individuals that wear glasses and we will not be back. Why go into a place of business that just looks at you with a blank look on their face or did not even ask for my insurance card to check my insurance.Just stand there and look dumb. Do not have time telling a person something then they just stand there. They need to learn how to communicate with people instead of looking dumb that's why I will not go back. Very disappointed drove over a hour and basically got looked down on. Yesterday asked them if they was still at 836 18th st and never got a answer. Today I found out they moved to another location so that's another reason why not going back.

Friendly, professional and professional! Dr. Blackburn provides a thorough exam, and answers all questions and concerns completely. I highly recommend this clinic.

Used this clinic for a couple of years never had a problem until today. Took in my 4 children for an annual exam and Dr. Blackburn felt that it was within his professional relm to raise his voice to my children twice. They were not screaming, yelling or jumping on things simply talking to each other and myself wanting to know when it was their turn. Absolutely DISGUSTING behavior by the doctor a simple apology which was offered only because I had to step between (literally)him and my children. We will not continue with this office. Again been here multiple times over the years first time we have an issue and it's not a small one.

Dr. Blackburn and his staff are great people and very courteous. They have always taken great care of my family. If you need a good down home eye doctor this is the place.

Is it just me or is the staff including the doctor extremely rude?? Their customer service is honestly horrendous! I would definitely recommend searching for a different eye clinic. They've lost service from a family of five from me.
