Friendly can-do staff, quick, comprehensive treatment. We were traveling and I developed an eye infection. Sidney Vision got me into their schedule and quickly diagnosed my problem. Soon I had a prescription and was on the way to the Pharmacy. Six days later, I am about to finish the medication and my eye is back to normal. Our trip was not delayed.

I have been to over two dozen eye doctors in my life, but Dr. Shelby Rookstool at Sidney Vision Clinic is the first to truly address all of my concerns regarding my vision. She took the time to carefully examine my eye health and explained everything in detail, ensuring I fully understood the process. The clinic itself is equipped with the latest technology, which made my experience feel far more advanced than other visits I've had with previous eye doctors. Not only was the service exceptional, but Dr. Rookstool's warm and welcoming demeanor made the visit feel comfortable and personal. Her clinic has a cozy, homey vibe that immediately put me at ease. I was traveling when I had a recurring eye problem that caused a lot of pain such that I was becoming stranded in Sydney because I could no longer drive. I made it to her clinic, they got me right in, and fixed the problem. Everyone was terrific. They need a tip jar!!!

Knowledgeable and organized staff. Very friendly. I came in for a 5pm appointment on a Monday , so a few weeks prior I filled out my paperwork to save time, and the receptionist remembered me and had all of my information uploaded. Fair prices and they accept VSP insurance and are very helpful with going over all the costs associated with your visit. The doctor is very patient and took her time with me throughout the exam. Would highly recommend!

Usually appointments like this are high anxiety for me. Not this time The staff are welcoming and friendly (real people ) they even fixed my broken pair of glasses. Dr Rookstool was very professional thorough and gentle. She even recommended over the counter eye drops for my tired eyes.. I felt like a valued person. Dr. Rootstock is not the most talkative doctor I have met, but she is very kind and takes concerns seriously. She is a wonderful boss to her employees. They were telling me that she gets them coffee several times a week, bought them t-shirts to wear to work, and gave them designer purses for Christmas. She also has an adorable dog that she brings in most days. They keep him in the back for patients who are nervous around him, but he is a friendly little ball of energy who totally brightened my day. A week ago, I came in with an eye that was so red and swollen I could barely see out of it. She didn't find a scratch on my eye, but began to treat me anyway. Within a day, my eye was greatly improved and by now I can barely feel the scratchiness. She has had me in for several brief appointments and each time, I felt totally welcome in her clinic. I am from Logan, Utah and I wish we had an eye doctor like this there.

Dr. Rookstool is great, she saw me within a few minutes of me calling her, I was driving through Sydney, I had an issue with retina and she took her time to help me out. Definitely went out if her way! What a great place! Highly recommend,
