Great doctor, listens to your concerns. Dr. Kadavy has been my eye doctor for over 15 years. She is great. She recommended bifocals (twice) and I've said "no" twice. She didn't force me into them, but we found another solution (2 pairs of glasses).

I am terrified of any doctor, but Dr. Amy Kadavy put me at ease. She answered all my questions, was very thorough during my exam, and not once did I feel hurried. I really like her, and would recommend her to anyone who is kind of doctor phobic like me . An excellent doctor in a compassionate package !! What a great find !!

"Welcome to where the customer is always wrong." I want to start this review by saying that I love the actual doctors here and will say that they provide excellent care and will give the most thought into the future of your vision. I am always treated with respect by then I and I appreciate that. That is the only reason, and I repeat, the ONLY reason I am giving this shack two stars instead of just one. Take your prescription and run. Because as soon as you get your prescription you will be greeted by the most rude and condescending eyeglass fitters ever. Specifically Joyce who told, or should I say threatened me saying that if picked the pair she thought did not "look good on me" she would write down that I acted against her recommendation and would be out certain guarantees. I wish this was an isolated incident but I was not, I was called days later by the same "Joyce" saying that whatever I paid was actually not correct and I need to come pay more. How unprofessional. How low can a business get? This sort of behavior has happened the last three times I have gotten glasses, and it is going to be reported the better business bureau and several other channels as well. Until I see better standards in the awful service that has been given, I recommend taking your business elsewhere. As the response states, they have said that it was regarding the sizing of the glasses. While this is true, the way that they threatened to put it on some sort of record was blatantly unprofessional, and is a mark of poor service. The person that was saying these things was exceptionally rude and I will not stand for it. And I still have not received my frames due to her mistake with the records and have not received communication regarding when they will arrive. I think a company should listen to their customers before they blindly listen to their employees.

Unfortunately even though a couple of the staff were genuinely nice, the first impression was beyond a horrible experience. I allowed three first impressions actually. First day was seeking forms of releases to have a records transferred from our previous town. Front desk was rude about having to send the requests to the other doctor as well as the simple questions I had about their office and insurance. I set appointments for our family in a block, she was more rude about making sure we would keep our appointments. I specifically asked questions about timing and the order the appointments were made (we have little ones as well that we were wanting to join and be attended to). According to her everything was going to go smoothly. Second attempt, went in to pick frames ahead of time. You'd think they would appreciate the time saver. NOT ONE person greeted me, although I can't tell you how many passed by me. Frame selection wasn't very great. I picked a few to have them wrote in my chart for later, the gal that did end up helping me with that (after pulling teeth just for some assistance) was quite expressive how difficult it was working with others in the office. Third attempt... our appointments. Let me just put the word RUDE, unhelpful at the front desk and a total fiasco! the few selected ladies that helped us with our frames and the one that did the protests, thank you for being kind. Lesson to be learned, first impression is everything. Maybe they could make a change in staff to the one specific gal and the rating could have befn a 3 star.

Took my wife today and I can't remember the Doctor's name but she was very polite and nice to deal with and did a good job explaining everything thing she was doing during the examination. They also was able to see us Fast. I called around 9-10 am and was able to get an appointment that same afternoon.

After going to urgent care a couple weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon for flashes in my eye, Dr Vonderfecht called Dr.Faith Schneider to see if you would dilate my eye to see what was happening. She graciously met me at her office and determined what was wrong. I was extremely thankful for her service.

We have been going to EyeCare Associates for many years and have appreciated the service we have always received. Our son recently went through 6 months of eye therapy with Dr. Faith Schneider at EyeCare Associates and we were very pleased with the experience, the level of concern Dr. Schneider and Kylee had for our son, and their work to help him to see better!

We were traveling and my husband forgot his extra contacts, we were going through York, NE, went by the office and told them the situation and that he had his prescription, they gave us a set of contacts!! Very helpful and very nice!! Saved our trip!!
