Pritchett Eye Care Associates - Carson

So been going to Prittchet for the last 5/6years with my daughter. The last time we went together cause it's easier for me to bring her as she does not drive and we saw the same Eye Dr. Unfortunately my glasses that I spent $500 on the last time have not worked this entire time and today they told me they could do nothing about it. Which is neither here nor there. That is a whole other story and things they told me last time are not the same things they told me today. But when I sat in the chair and the Eye Dr Dr. Lewis said have I seen you before I said yes you were the last doctor I saw when I was here and he was looking on the computer and he said " no I haven't seen you before ". And I said I'm pretty sure you have because that's when I got my last prescription and he said no, I have not seen you before. Long story, but I was there with my daughter, sat in a chair with him, and it was first time I had seen him almost a year ago. I will never go back to this place, which is fine. There's a young lady and a young man that check you in and do your immediate exams. They are amazing. The lady who wanted to sell me more glasses was the one that screwed me last time.You all do what you wanna do. But to be told I've never seen him before and apparently my record wasn't in the computer when he was looking??? This is not who I want to put my eyecare in to and trust.

Have been going here for a few years. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Doctors are nice and knowledgeable. Never have to wait too long with appointment.

This practice has everything down to a fine science. They are extremely detailed oriented and professional. Everything is explained and the whole office works as a team. You will be treated right here. Although, I take my prescription elsewhere for glasses because they're on the pricey side.

1st ever eye exam and visit, and the entire staff made me feel warm and welcome, the dr was very polite and showed/taught me things I never knew. The front office was friendly and the lady who helped me get pick out my frames was very sweet as well.

The staff is very nice and professional and I felt very comfortable with the doctor. He was thorough and took time to explain things. I picked out some cute glasses and got an extra pair for a great price! They saw me in a timely manner and have equipment that helped me avoid the dreaded dilation! I look forward to following up and to getting my new glasses!

Energetic positive staff met me at the door another wonderful doctor ran a bunch of tests and then another doctor came in and it all took about 40 minutes my glasses are on order the lady who helped me pick them out it was so helpful with a very pleasurable experience

Dr. Gomez did a great job. I loved the new Nikon machine. The assistant was so friendly Iliana at the front desk was really friendly and helped me with Directions. Need to do a blood pressure on every patient and and provide pre-free samples of eye drops

Very kind, professional and helpful staff, my daughter is 6 and she actually had a lot of fun doing the tests because the girls made it very kid friendly and fun
