I had a great experience at this Walmart Vision Center. I set up an appointment with Dr. Hemmer (Hemmer Eye Care) because I was able to get an appointment so quickly.
I expected a commercial atmosphere, since it was at Walmart. However, I've never had such a thorough eye exam. Since I needed glasses, I proceeded to the vision center, where the staff helped me with everything I needed. It wasn't a commercial experience at all. They were great! Very friendly and helpful. They treated me like family.

Huge shoutout to Rich at the Walmart Vision Center! I broke my glasses in the middle of a road trip and was quoted over $200 elsewhere to replace them. Rich took the time to assess the damage, explained that they couldn't be repaired, and then went above and beyond to find affordable frames that worked with my existing lenses. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. And he somehow got me back on the road for just $10. Truly a lifesaver. Thank you, Rich!

I just had the best experience at this Walmart Vision Center! I went in to get a couple different glass frames I had set up, and I was greeted right away by Angela who went above and beyond helping me get my glasses to be perfect! She also was able to call over and get me into the eye doctor, Dr Hemmer, who did a complete exam and listened to my past history and got my prescription perfect! I was all set! I went back out to the front desk and gave my prescription to Angela who took it from there, measuring and working with my budget until we had exactly what I wanted. She was so friendly and professional she took her time explaining everything I needed to know about 2 pairs of glasses I had. (one was sunglasses)
I would definately recommend going over to their vision center and asking for Angela to help you!! Highly educated & professional!! Customer service is still out there! I definately give them 5 stars! This is store number 03408!
