Focus Eye Care for the win! Im visiting from CA and called for an emergency frame repair. Brooke was very helpful over the phone and couldn't make any promises, but was very adamant about coming in to see if anyone could help. Thomas, I believe he's one of the Opticians, was very helpful! With no hesitation, he repaired my glasses with only 15min left before they closed! I won't be home for 2 weeks so this was a life saver because I can't see or drive without them! Excellent customer service! If this is how helpful they are in emergency situations, I would highly recommend them for routine care if you live in the area! Great team!

Dr. Wallace is the best! He was very thorough with our eye exams and so good with my kids. He was great at explaining everything as he went. Their selection of frames was top tier!! I had such a hard time choosing. The staff is so kind, helpful and professional. Dr Wallace took care of the entire family! He was quick but thorough at the same time! His office is beautiful and kept my kids busy while I had my exam done in peace ha ha.
His office has a plethora of glasses and styles to match anyone's wants and anatomy.
Best part was Courtney Wallace knows her stuff when it comes to getting you fitted for the perfect frame, color and measurements. I don't know anything but when I got my pairs of glasses in the mail boy was she spot on!! I trusted her judgement and I have taken some

Came in to get my glasses gall behind the desk acted as if I was interrupting for conversation and as if it was a hassle to have my glasses adjusted so they dont fall off. I have been coming to focus for the past 4 years and have never been met with such rude customer service before.
