The intake process is automated and very efficient. The desk staff are personable, polite and professional. My wait time to be seen was only about 15 minutes. The technicians were also professional and very focused. They were thorough in reviewing and updating my chart and they administered my tests with proficiency and care. My doctor is among the best anywhere. He is so knowledgeable and observant and pays attention to detail. He is patient and answers all questions fully. This visit was great. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Lopez was incredible. From the very beginning, he was kind, patient, and caring with our 2-year-old daughter, which gave us so much peace of mind. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of our questions. Truly an excellent professional and a wonderful human being. We highly recommend him!

The staff was much more engaged than in past visits. Wait time was very reasonable and Dr Niebaur had a senior staff member double check a newer staff member's work for my new prescription before having it printed out. It made me feel valued.

My first impression was negative as the waiting room is massive and there are large signs for windows 1,2, and 3. I was called back pretty much on time and my tech was charming and personable. Then I met Dr Gasson (not sure of the spelling) and he was wonderful. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Lopez is an exceptional pediatric doctor. He was wonderful with my grandson, and his calm, confident approach immediately put us at ease. I was very impressed with his medical knowledge and the way he clearly explained my grandson's condition. Nevada Eye Physicians are great!! The doctors and staff are wonderful. Dr Neibaur is awesome. He did my cataract surgery. He is very nice, helpful, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with upcoming surgery. It's a great office and I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Neibaur and his team were great. It was my first time seeing him and the experience was positive. Bryan, the tech was very friendly and made me feel comfortable during the eye exams. Dr. Neibaur's medical assistant greeted me with a smile and Dr. Neibaur took his time answering my questions. I didn't feel rushed. From the time I checked in to the time I was done with my appointment it had been an hour. The office is clean, well organized and on time.

I just had my first appointment here and was very impressed by how efficiently it is run even though the lobby was packed with patients and staff, they really get patients in and out thoroughly and quickly. The reason I'm only giving three stars is for the Doctor himself, who came in like a whirlwind talking a mile a minute with a student to observe and between the two of them, I've had to interrupt him several times to literally ask him to slow down and explain words and treat me like I was part of the conversation. He did stop and explain things but still so quickly and I just really did not appreciate feeling so rushed. I plan to go back because they're the only people that take my insurance and I do have faith that this doctor is far more experienced and knows what he's doing than my previous ophthalmologist so honestly if he would just slow down and include the patient rather than just bowl through I would have probably given five stars. When my vision is clear and he's done the work on my post cataract eye floaters, I do feel confident that I will be happy with my experience.
