It was Dec 30 and the place was pretty busy. I had an appointment, thankfully! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and I didn't have to wait. Once I finished my paperwork they took me back and we got started. It took maybe an hour and a half from start to finish. Which I consider quick when all the seats were occupied! Alejandra was awesome! She got me all the deals she could!

The experience overall was good, but they should not schedule so many people around the same time to where it's kaotic and there isn't any place to sit. The wait time to be seen was not too bad, but could of been a little faster. My daughter was there for a contact lens fitting so I understood we were going to be there awhile, but when I booked the appt I was told it was only going to cost $70 for the visit, but when I got there it was $105 because of an extra $35.00 training fee for the contact lenses. The guy who scheduled the appt failed to tell me this and I was caught a little off guard with the payment once it was time to pay. I would suggest telling potential customers the exact cost so they are prepared to pay the amount given.This is a turn off for me when you tell me one thing and then something else later. It just seems kinda shady. However, the staff was friendly, so the visit was pretty good!

I had several preliminary tests done before seeing the optometrist, I had a small eye treatment done after seeing the doctor and then I ordered my new lenses and paid my bill. Well only spending about an hour and 10 minutes at the office.
I was never rushed and they are very efficient. My father was an optometrist for almost 50 years and trust me I now efficientcy.

My feedback seems to be a consistent rating after each visit. Its always been so great to the beginning to the end, I'm always walking out satisfied with Sunset location. The front desk staff was extremely pleasant and professional. The first optometrist was friendly, however, she prepared my prescription incorrectly on both contacts & glasses. I had to obtain an additional consultation/exam with another optometrist. I was inconvenienced a number of times by undergoing incorrect prescriptions, traveling numerous times to the office and then being told that the 'new' trial contacts review needed additional monies. I decided to forego on the contact review and requests a refund. The adjustment on my frames needed to be completed more than once for misalignment. I have worn glasses/contacts for 4 Decades and never had I encountered these types of issues. Unfortunately, I will not be utilizing the Pearl Vision services in the future and I will definitely inform others to beware as well.
I'm shocked that an ethnic group of professional individuals would be afraid (or insecure) of other diverse individuals - our finances will be gladly invested in businesses that aren't insecure or sensitive in servicing us.
